What everyone is most concerned about is how to take the bus. My experience is that after exiting the airport lobby, turn left and go outside. There is a sign with an overview, and at the bottom is the purple "courtesy vans" logo. Just walk to the end on the right.
The bus runs every 20 minutes or so. If you can't wait, just contact the hotel.
