I love this place, excellent service I would love to go back soon

the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.

Nice hotel, but some deficiencies. Shower head was barely attached and drain plug had to be removed to drain the tub. Air-conditioner didn't obey the temperature setting, resulting in a cold room at a setting of 78 degrees. Check-in staff was very nice. Bed was a little soft, but okay.

I hesitated about this rating, since there are good things here, but really really weird things as well that rather consume everything else. The previous commenter who mentioned a horror movie hotel wasn't too far off - but in a weird way. I keep using the word, "weird" because it truly is the best description of this place. The staff are mostly nice, the beds relatively comfortable, the room, breakfast, business center and pool adequate for a very short stay. There is just such a weird aesthetic and vibe here - it seems to be a cheap and quick revamp of an old fleatrap and remnants of the old still have a strong hold somehow. The room had two of the exact same mass-produced "art" on two different walls, there were metal janitorial closet shelving stacked outside the door to the room, the bizarre bathroom tile in the elevator, the lingering smell of who knows what. It is a bit further from the airport - 15 minutes - if that is your reason for staying as it was mine. This was definitely a weird one.

This hotel was a disaster. We booked it through airline voucher after a delayed flight. We called for the shuttle at 11:45pm and were told it would be 15 minutes for a shuttle pickup. The shuttle did not show up for 1.5 HOURS later. The front desk clerk had no idea where the shuttle driver was and apparently couldn't get a hold of him to figure it out. After a few calls about every 15 minutes, pleading for updates, the hotel clerk stopped answering our calls and decided to just leave us waiting at the airport. We couldn't even cancel to rebook at another hotel because the airline voucher had been marked redeemed. We had children with us and it wasn't until after 1:15am that the driver decided to come get us. I don't know where he was but I have suspicions judging by the manic way he was driving. At that point, were were just happy to fall into a bed for 3 hours... until we discovered the most massive wolf spider I have ever seen in my life. We killed the spider only for it's hundreds of babies it had on its back to scatter all over the bathroom. It's 1:45am at this point and we're scrambling to kill over a hundred baby spiders. We did our best but many escaped for future guests to deal with. This was truly a hotel of horrors from beginning to end, from the shuttle to the dismissive desk clerks to the infestation. I would NEVER stay here again.
