Despite massive traffic in the airport and with planes flying overhead the staff were able to check me in and gave me a relatively quiet room. Easy to find off the airport with its own shuttle. Clean and had microwave and coffee maker.

Nice/clean room. I was allowed to check in early and extremely friendly customer service. We will definitely come again! Shaista was at the desk and she could not have been friendlier and more accommodating.

I missed my transfer at Dallas Airport and had to stay a couple of nights. The first hotel shuttle bus I saw, I asked the driver (Rich, who is a star!) who immediately called the hotel about vacancies, and they could offer me a room - (they are always quite full I was later told). I got a really large room (about 50 sq m) with gleaming white bed sheets, very clean, with large TV (lots of channels), microwave and fridge. Other lovely staff (Salaia, Amy and others) really made you feel at home, explaining about local malls and eateries, all within walking distance. There's hot drinks you can get yourself in the lobby all hours. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausages, pancakes, yogurts, cereals... you can really stay in the spacious room and stretch out and relax. I think the price was really good for what was offered. It was alright being stuck in transit after all...
