Its a warm cozy motel on the trans canada highway. The owners are very friendly. The property is huge and there's a beautiful well-tended garden behind the rooms. The whole place gives a very peaceful vibe.
We booked a room for 5 people on ******* totally expecting that the 5th person would have to cram into a sofa bed. The room we were given totally exceeded our expectations. It was more like an apartment with two rooms, one with two queen beds and one with a huge king bed. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and an iron board, essentially all the amenities you would need for a short stay! The owners are in the same property so they are available all the time.
Overall a good place to stay while travelling up north. Thanks Jagan Bhai and family!

I stayed at this hotel by the highway and had a great experience. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quiet, even though it’s close to the road. I slept well, had a hot shower. The rooms also had a full sized fridge, kettle, iron - everything we needed! If you’re looking for a good place to rest while traveling, this hotel is a great option. The owners make sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend it!

An older facility right on the road in a very small and isolated town. Interesting observation that there were no sink stoppers for the bathtub or the bathroom sink. Not quite sure why.

Even though the furnishings are dated, it is a very clean, comfortable and large room and bathroom. If traveling on Canadian 17 again, I would definitely stay for an overnight. The host is very kind and helpful.
