The room was average, just like a domestic express hotel. The interior was relatively clean, but the breakfast was terrible and there was nothing delicious. There was a pier opposite and there were no people around. It was just a deserted place in the countryside.

Distance: The station and the city center are about ten minutes each, which is quite convenient. The seaside is just across the road.

The room was a good size, bathroom clean and the shower pressure actually much better than expected. The hotels location is surrounded by roads, so traffic noise is expected - however i had to check my window wasn't open as it was so loud. Further glazing or insulation is required as the traffic noise was loud and continuous apart from a window in the early hours. I could also hear next door snoring, so the walls are thin. I had breakfast around 8am - heard lots of comments about 'no we've run out'. It didn't affect me, however I had two pretty hard croissants. The free wifi didn't work in my room, so i had to go downstairs to do some work. But it was rectified by the lady at the desk giving me access to the premier internet.

Usual great standard and value for money from Prem Inn.......this one had great staff all round, who were friendly, helpful and welcoming......I would go back to this hotel....great location for the football ground and some great bars locally

Went by in the evening to have some food and drinks at the restaurant, as I've never eaten at one in a Premier Inn before. It was quiet, and got wonderful, quick and friendly service throughout from Hayden, Jack and Rob. Food was wonderful, I was pleasantly surprised.

A great place to stay. Very convenient location near waterfront. Nice room and lovely comfortable bed. Friendly staff too. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very nice. We all enjoyed our stay at the premier inn quayside ipswich. Would recommend to friends and family Judy and Peter Webb

Comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. No queue at reception. Bath and shower worked well. Bathroom all clean They stored my bike for me overnight which was very helpful. Not too far from Ipswich railway station and also town / pubs / restaurants.

Arrived without a voice and was given honey & lemon 💞 It’s thoughtful things like that, plus a comfortable room, that make a stay enjoyable. Staff at breakfast were on the ball and attentive. Really felt like the hotel was well led and staff were happy.
