The kemps guest house offers Very good price/quality Great hospitality, owners will help you and point things out. Rooms are very tidy , small but good bathroom, good bedcomfort. Private parking space behind the house. Easy to reach and only 10- 15 mins walk from the center Recommended.

Guest House veramente fantastica. La proprietaria, Laura, è gentilissima e disponibile. La nostra camera era pulitissima e profumata, curata nei minimi dettagli. Le lenzuola profumavano di casa. Ad accoglierci c'erano dei cioccolatini, acqua fresca e biscottini. Bollitore in camera per farsi il caffè. Piccolo frigorifero in camera da utilizzare. Davvero una bellissima esperienza!

We had a lovely stay. Danny and Laura were gracious hosts, and so welcoming, which made our stay in Inverness perfect. Amazing room, breakfast and service for a good price. When we visit Inverness in the future, we will definitely stay there again.

My mom and I stayed here for one night and WISH it would have been available for our entire stay in Inverness. I’ve stayed at two other guest houses and one hotel in Inverness and this is my favourite by far! Danny is incredibly welcoming- the perfect host. Our room was spotless and looked as if it had recently been updated. He went above and beyond, providing us with breakfast in the room’s fridge the night we checked in as we had to check out before 8:00 to make it to a tour. There was a table in the room to have our breakfast at as well which was very handy. We really enjoyed our brief stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

I got the warmest welcome when I arrived late after a full day flight delay. The room was toasty and comfortable, with nice touches, like a hot water bottle in a fleece sleeve, chocolates, and a kettle with instant hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. For breakfast (optional for £10), you could choose any combination of options by requesting the night prior, and it was all freshly prepared and yummy. Great French press coffee too, so that was a bonus! Reasonably priced and a great stay.

Laura x Danny couldn’t have done anymore for us as a group of 8. Warm and Welcoming with everything you need in their super comfortable rooms after a long ride. Delicious quality breakfast served with a personal touch in a home from home dining room. Ample safe parking for the bikes. Local to the amenities, easy access to the centre of Inverness, Marina and local walks around the start of the Caledonian Canal. Great value for money. 5* Highly recommended

Sono stata in questa guesthouse con mio marito alla fine di giugno. Si tratta di una guesthouse in una zona residenziale ma comoda a negozi e ristoranti e con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro. La camera, sebbene non grandissima, era molto comoda arredata con gusto e soprattutto silenziosa (sebbene la struttura si trovasse vicina a una strada di grande percorrenza). La colazione ha un costo a parte e i proprietari prendono l eventuale ordine x la colazione la sera precedente (si può scegliere da un menù). Ho trovato tutto perfetto, i proprietari, gentilissimi, ci hanno lasciato tenere la macchina nel loro parcheggio anche il gg dopo del check out. Torneremo!

Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis par Laura et Danny. La chambre est très propre et très bien équipée, ainsi que la salle de bain attenante. La literie est excellente. L’ambiance et la déco sont très cocooning. Le scottish breakfast est excellent. L’emplacement est très bon, à moins de 10 minutes du centre d’Inverness à pied. Laura nous a proposé de réserver un restaurant qui s’est avéré être un très bon choix. La place de parking à l’arrière de la maison est bien pratique. La wifi est gratuite et rapide. Leurs deux petits chiens sont adorables. Encore Merci.

Très sympathique accueil, prestations très haut de gamme, parking voiture, calme. Tout est neuf, en parfait état et fonctionnel. Breakfast très copieux et gouteux. Je recommande chaudement cette adresse
