Check in at three o'clock and check out at eleven o'clock, no toiletries, no slippers, no tissue paper. Early check-in costs ten pounds per person.

Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

We have stayed in many premier inns. The RiverNess Premier Inn is very clean and comfortable. The staff at check in were excellent and restaurant staff exceptional. Our room was very quiet. Only about 10 mins walk from train station and close to Eden Court. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here on a short business trip, superb location with everything you could want a stones throw away “well if you can throw that far” From check-in to check out staff were friendly, rooms clean & if your lucky enough to arrive before most there’s somewhere to park on-site with a £13 a day charge

I had a lovely overnight stay in this convenient and welcoming Premier Inn. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I felt completely safe staying on my own. The breakfast was one of the best Premier Inn breakfasts I have had! The fruit salad was fresh, the hot food was genuinely hot, and it was easy to locate all the items I wanted to eat. The city centre location is outstanding, making it easy to walk around town and see all the best outdoor attractions.

Bed comfortable, room clean, tidy and warm. Shower had good power and adequate supply of towels and toiletries. The practice of requesting to have your room cleaned was a deal breaker for me. It meant I could lie in, shower etc without having to worry about cleaners coming in. The vegan bacon and sausages looked a bit tired but there was plenty of other items to compensate.

The hotel was a basic premier inn, no complaints. However at 8am time (our room door was locked) our door was opened by a man he took a few steps in our dark room my gf woke up and he left. We were very spooked. I told reception and they didn’t do anything about it.

Ok, first of all for those unfamiliar with the Premier Inn brand this is a budget hotel. Inverness can be very busy during peak tourist times and prices do sometimes reflect this, but it does have budget facilities. The location is excellent in the centre of town and near loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are basic but spacious and clean. Staff were excellent, we were staying for the marathon and they put on an early breakfast for those participating. Definitely a recommend place to stay.
