Our host Andy was so kind and gracious. Loved chatting with him. His garden and yard are beautiful. Room and bathroom was comfy and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Warm croissants. Yum! Would definitely come back.

A gem in Inverness
What a great stay. Charming hosts and a beautifully appointed B & B in a quiet area of Inverness. Lovely outdoor deck area to sit and soak up the sun and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. A really pleasant break from hotel stays.

Very friendly host and comfortable room
The host was very friendly and even catered to us checking in a bit early so my pregnant wife could take a nap and relax. Very cozy room and delicious breakfast.

Had a wonderful 2nights in Lycia rooms the place is immaculate bed comfy breakfast just right. Loved the decor very tasteful 👍
