Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questa struttura , molto carina nel complesso. L’unica nota meno positiva è il letto, materasso non in perfette condizioni e mancanza di un Topper . Ho comunque riferito questo alla receptionist che ha accolto positivamente la mia critica costruttiva.

Hotel ottimo molto pulito con personale gentilissimo e preparato, dalle ragazze della Reception di giorno al signore nelle ore notturne. La colazione era alle 7 del mattino ma dato che dovevamo partire prestissimo ci è stata preparata alle 6.00. Tutto perfetto!!! Ritorneremo!

La prima cosa da fare è togliergli una stella… non è assolutamente un 4 stelle, ma si avvicina ad un 3 stelle… camere spaziose, ma riscaldamento spento. Freddo in tutto l hotel, sia nelle camere che al ristorante. Il ristorante è l unico punto a favore, buoni piatti e porzioni abbondanti.

This hotel is a joke. Very dirty, cobwebs with spiders on the walls, bedding dirty, the bathroom was all moldy . this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. it looks beautiful in the photos, the reality is different. Only the service was nice. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Happy with every part of our stay. We will definitely be back. Pros: Great parking, easy check in, friendly staff, lovely and clean, great shower, good air con, comfy bed, nice breakfast - and all for a good price. Cons: facilities a little bit tired around edges.

siamo da oltre 10 anni assidui frequentatori di questo hotel , purtroppo ci consta affermare che negli ultimi 5 anni ha avuto una decadenza verticale che presto lo assimilera' piu' ad un 3 stelle che al 4 attuale . Facciamo preghiera' al signor De Lorenzo che ne e' responsabile , affinche' inizi una efficace ristrutturazione e imposti una necessaria manutenzione giornaliera di tutta la struttura oramai obsoleta ! Le stanze sono sporche e malandate , dalle finestre al secondo piano si vedono cumuli di mozziconi e sporcizia varia , le parti comuni , ristorante e ascensore compreso necessitano di rinfrescata generale . Sui materassi si sprofonda per l'usura e quando ti alzi se piu' stanco di prima ! Il mobilio delle stanze va' ritoccato e manuntenuto accettabile . La colazione e' appena sufficiente ma non da 4 stelle come lo era qualche anno addietro . Il servizio del ristorante e' confuso , si portano le pietanze sbagliando i tavoli e facendo attendere maggiormente i destinatari...salverei lo chef sempre al top . Ci auguriamo di tornare la prox volta con uno scenario piu' vivibile e rimaniamo a disposizione per suggerimenti e proposte !

L'albergo è ben gestito,molto pulito e con lo staff accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose, si dorme super bene e la colazione è molto varia e di ottima qualità. C'è il servizio in camera per la cena,se non si vuole mangiare nel ristorante sotto. Consiglio vivamente!
