Breakfast is good, there is a parking lot, and Wi-Fi is fast. However, the restaurant is closed due to the epidemic. You can only solve it by yourself at a nearby restaurant. The outlet is 50 meters away, which is convenient for shopping. Very quiet, the room near the high speed is somewhat noisy!

We need a room with a roll-in shower and have had trouble getting one at various hotels in the past. This time, I called the hotel the day before to make sure they were ready with our room, and found that Hampton Inns had sold our room to someone else! The desk clerk was apologetic, and told me that Hampton does that with online reservations. He suggested we make direct reservations with the hotel next time. We wound up buying a bathtub-type shower stool ($60). Fortunately, after the first night the desk clerks were able to find us a roll-in shower room and Housekeeping got it ready early so we could move to it (we were staying for four nights). Kudos to staff! Other than that, the hotel is kind of in the middle. I thought the room was pretty clean, but my wife was ”meh”. The bathroom was pretty spacious, but the room was very crowded for the wheelchair. Breakfast was subpar. Bed was quite comfy. On Hampton's plus side, I did some quick research about nearby hotels, and the Hampton Inn was the best! Doesn't say much for the other chains.

The rooms are very simple yet sleek. First time staying there and I will stay there again. Loved the comfortable bed too.
I stayed here in July for the first itme and wasn't going to go back because I had had a nasty encounter with a microwave that hadn't been cleaned and the glass plate was absolutely filled with many layers of cold bacon grease. The lady at the desk was so apologetic & said it was so nasty she was going to tell the manager the next day. The next morning I saw the manager as I was leaving. She was also very apologetic & said she wanted to add points as an apology. I said great and...crickets as soon as I left. Never added them. She could have never offered & I would never have asked for them....but she did. Makes you second guess the leadership. However, when I needed to come back to the area in November, this hotel was the most convenient so I decided to try it again. No issues at all with the room. It was fine and clean. My only disappointment in this hotel is that the front desk employees are just.not.friendly. As a frequent flyer, I never understand why the culture of a hotel is not built around outstanding customer service which has to include friendliness. No one speaks when you walk by. One gal did say ”Have a good one” without even looking up. One evening I walked by a couple times and there were actually two people at the front desk both sitting behind screens. Not a word. Sadly, it fits with the impression that I now have of the GM. Build a culture of really taking care of your customers and this place would be a first choice not a default if I can't find something better. Next time I'm planning to try the HGI in Broomfield. Hoping it becomes my new default.

Very clean hotel and wi-fi was great compared to other places. Pool was under renovation, but fitness room was nice. Had room next door with loud tv, but front staff handled it right away. Breakfast still limited, but was still good.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel! I was passing through and everything was super clean, all the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
Reception staff friendly. Really liked the offer of free cookies in the lobby and have not seen this at other Marriott properties. I had seen there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby and asked if there was one but receptionist said she didn’t know. Turns out it was across the road! We used the pool and jacuzzi. Tiles were very dirty especially in the jacuzzi and ceiling and walls had large areas of peeling paint which detracted considerably. Breakfast was standard. Annoyingly the attendant kept standing in the open kitchen doorway hovering and pacing - unsure why. The worst thing was at 8.30 the reception staff came over and helped themselves to a big plate of breakfast and cooked some toast. This was at a time when other guests were eating and it meant the front desk was unmanned at a peak time when people were checking out. Another staff member then came and filled her drink bottle with free juice. Very bad look. My biggest issue was the thin walls and the noises from other rooms. The room next door had the TV on loud and I ignored until midnight thinking it would go off but no, it was on all night. I ended up knocking on the room door and received no response. I then ‘chatted’ online at 1.37 a.m and asked if someone could call the room or do a check. No response. I called front desk several times but no answer. An hour later at 2.27 a.m I got a chat response saying was it resolved. No it was not but still nothing happened. The next morning at 8.30 a.m I sent a chat about it as the receptionist was having her free breakfast. No response. As a customer services manager in a large National company and a Marriott Gold Elite level member I find these actions fell well below the mark for a Marriott property.
I had lived in Colorado for over 20yrs but recently moved back home to help family... So now, I travel to Colorado to visit 1 or 2x a year. I always look for good deals, especially now thanks to Biden's economy and his inflation. Finding this gem, for the price is worth it. I book thru *********** and always find some great deals. The rooms are spacious, clean and pretty quiet. They feature microwaves and Mini Fridges... Wifi was spotty at times. But shower was never out of hot water and had good pressure. If ur in the area of Denver, it's only about 16 miles from the airport and about 15 miles to downtown and surrounding areas... Check it out!!
GGuest UserGreat customer service at front desk! Tasty breakfast with good variety of options. Clean motel. Very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire week I was there….
Ttexasgirl4everI booked a three night getaway for myself. The staff greeted me the minute i walked through the door. They explained everything and were super friendly and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and the staff gave me what i asked for. The room was very comfortable. They even had the air conditioner on so the room was cool when i arrived. The room smelled very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff informed me later that the beds were recently replaced. Everything i wanted on my getaway this hotel provided. The next time I need to get away , i will be staying here for sure.
Old, dirty. Breakfast is the worst I have experienced in similar hotels, no fruit or eggs, just frozen waffles and cereal . The room has many things that do not work and feels very old. The did not even cleaned the room on the first day. I would definitely do not stay here ever again.
EErik MI have stayed in some less than luxury hotels in my life as someone who has traveled all over the world significantly for both business and pleasure. But, I can confidently say this was in the top three worst experiences of my life. I can forgive the general appearance of the hotel, which had a very rundown and dilapidated look. I know I booked the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. However, my minimum expectation is that the room is clean and secure. It was neither of these. There were multiple spots where boogers (or some type of human mucus) was smeared on the walls. There were stains on the sheets. Fingerprint smudges like someone went and worked on their car and then fingerpainted the walls. residue from drinks on the nightstand. But to top it all off, the window was missing. Now I can provide some understanding to the room not being clean. But the window which was accessible from an external walkway missing was the straw that broke the camels back. That is completely unacceptable. And I makes me question the staff of the hotel considering removing that window would make it extremely easy to break into the room. That clearly tells me that at a minimum the staff has such apathy for the standard of their rooms that this is not a clean and safe place to stay. We checked out a few hours after checking in only because we went to an event and dinner before actually going in the room. I was promised a refund when I brought all this to the attention of the staff and stated we don't feel comfortable staying here. But I did not get a refund. The customer service line for La Quinta directed me to the hotel lobby line which no one ever answered. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I will honestly never stay in a La Quinta again because of this.
LLuciano AMy Honest and fair review. #1. Check Out is 11 AM Sharp, if you don't they will come Knock Hard and charge you a late fee. #2. Lot's of Strange Characters hanging around.#3. S.P. like to make loud Noises late at night, i.e. Up to 2:45 AM. #4. Things were Broken and Dirty in the room, i.e. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Over all it was $68 a night, I knew what I was in for, but I won't bring my girl here. My issue of getting charged for getting out of the room at 11:04 was resolved by a Red Roof person named Shalimar Narvaez because I made a long phone call and asked to please speak to a Supervisor. It was refunded promptly, although the front desk lady was rude about it when I spoke to her. The place is dysfunctional but if I needed a cheap place to stay close to Denver I would stay there again maybe with my own sheets.
TThompsonGot there pretty late after a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater to see Heilung. The two ladies working the counter were really friendly and accommodating. Total sweethearts. No surprise deposit was needed either. This shitty little hotel was a godsend and I would absolutely recommend. Friendly staff, affordable prices, surprisingly decent room!
