Excellent accommodation. Friendly reception staff and friendly and helpful porters; always willing to help and always had smiles on their faces. Garden suites were excellent and comfortable. Pillows and beddings comfortable and sleep was relaxing. Breakfast was lovely. The evening meals at the restaurant delightful and tasty. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a b;lissful holiday and short break away

The location is a 20-minute drive from Albufeira. It has two outdoor swimming pools, all-inclusive food and drinks, and a great experience. It is more suitable for families with children because there are many activities for children. The restaurant tastes Western style and there are three restaurants.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Le domaine est vraiment très très beau, la chambre est vieillotte en plus la ménage est à revoir l’odeur d’humidité, et les draps humide c’est pas top, nous sommes arrivé il y avait de la nourriture dans notre frigo nous avons signalé et on nous a répondu que c’est à la dame de ménage elle pensait pas qu’il y avait du monde , donc aucun Check avant l’arrivé. L’emplacement au top !

Grounds with lots of pine trees, just nice to go for a walk, very good fitness classes, not busy (at least during our visit) , a good selection of restaurants on and off the grounds. I did not like the aquarium style bathroom and shower, no privacy, also lit up all room if used at night. But the room we stayed was large and well looked after. We used a tennis court daily, just next to our room. There was no kids club during our out of season stay, but our daughter was allowed to fitness classes with us and she really enjoyed it. On site restaurants are very good but a bit on expensive side, however there are few outside just 2 minutes n walk. The staff is always happy to help.

Excellent resort if you take it for what it is. I have stayed in the Pine Cliffs resort 7 times now since 2016 (4 times in the Gardens). I have loved every vacation there. I have read many good and bad reviews about the resort, and I can see both sides. It’s a beautiful resort, the gardens, pool areas are kept immaculate. From the Pine Tree gardens on the top of the cliffs to the pools to the beach area, it offers plenty of variety. There are plenty of pools are very rarely did I ever feel it was too busy. I always felt everyone has plenty of space. The accommodation is superb, the hotel offers more a traditional flavor where the ocean suites and garden suites are more modern. if you have a family and don’t want the chaos of breakfast then I recommend looking at the garden suites or the ocean suites they have a nice little kitchen where you can get your own breakfast without a lot of the fuss that comes with breakfast at the hotel. Food at the resort is good albeit a little overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from. Mirado is a must for a few drinks (and nibbles) on an evening, gorgeous views as the sun goes down. If you’re only eating at the hotel though you’re missing out. Over the road from the resort there are some cheap and cheerful eateries and a nice bar. Olhos de agua is a 15 min walk (5 min drive) and has some lovely restaurants. Then 1520 mins each way you have Vilamoura or Albufeira. We always hire a car, and it adds so much more to the holiday been able to visit a different place each night or having a day trip out. The only negatives I have found are the following, but they have never spoilt my holiday and are minor inconveniences. Also in Aug 2024 I thought service was much improved over previous years. Zest is much improved and staff far more helpful. 1 - Pools are not heated - once you in through your fine and not much of an issue Julyaugust 2 - Staff - most complaints about the resort come down to this one. It doesn’t really bother me much, and rarely have I witnessed it, but this is my take on it 2a - Some staff are helpful; some are a little less so and you feel your more of a pest than a guest (check in) ** - if you get the attention of a staff member say at a restaurant and ask for something and it’s not there set task, it’s as if you have asked for the world, you can almost see the misery in their eyes. at times I felt bad and almost said its ok its ok ill just not spend my money I don’t want to trouble you. - Update Aug 24 - Many improvements made here A+ 2c - staff in some areas seem that they have just been put there and they have no clue what they are doing there. i.e., zest. 3 - Towel cards - When you check in you get a card for each guest. This is a pain and towel cards end up been the underground currency at this resort. We were in Pine Cliffs for the second time and we felt the facility, the perfect access to the sea with the lift, the service on the beach as perfect. The staff and service staff includes Shuttle - service make the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness is particularly highlighted. The very well maintained facility is exciting. Our 3 room apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living dining room and 3 large, furnished balconies was exclusively equipped. From our balconies we had a super view of the adjacent golf course and could watch the golfers very well during the game :).

Travelled with my disabled father with his walker, however the hotel kindly lent us a wheelchair which we would never have managed without, especially outside as the paths are very uneven.Rooms amazing, Food great,Staff fantastic and helpful, couldn't use shuttle bus with my father so used taxis very expensive unless you have Uber app, entertainment bit limited missed the quiz as wasn't made aware it was in the TV area till too late for seats. There are 2 pools we only used one near to my father's room in case of toilet needs, it's not heated however I don't mind that, would return but on our own to explore area more.

Just got back from a 7 night stay at AP Victoria (2 adults and a toddler). The hotel staff are very friendly and we were greeted with a warm welcome. They were fantastic with our 2 year. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, with amenities nearby (supermarkets, restaurants/ bars, cafés). The beach is about a 10 minute walk. This is accessible via approx. 80 steps, which we managed to do with a toddler, pram and bags. There is a bus service to Vilamoura and Albufeira which is available to book at the hotel for the bargain price of €2 pp return. We had all inclusive and the food was nice enough. There is plenty of choice for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is entertainment throughout the day (ping pong, table tennis, boules, etc) and at night (quiz, bingo, karaoke, music, etc). This is provided by the lovely Marta. If we were to return to Ohlos De Agua, I would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome. Emma, Wayne & Erin x
