"The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff."

"Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. "The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind"

"Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness.
The location is near the train station and the lake.
We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan.
We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage.
We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps..

"The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. "The location is really good and the boss is friendly.
Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!

"Nice and considerate staff, kudos to the lady at the front desk who is named Nives. The service is always available, the location is conveniently located. Despite the fact that i had some misgivings regarding the smell of the room (it is okay, but heavily scented somewhat with cleaning products; a pleasant smell of course i can live with but prefer to not have smelled at all), the view here is amazing. Would recommend again for someone who is trying to stay at lake como, a value choice."

Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did."

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room thereâs a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no timeâ€ïž

LLV TRAVELLERAlthough this hotel isn't located near the city center, the overall service and environment are excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was very rich. We only stayed for two nights, and each day we walked from the hotel along the lakeside to the city center and the pier, which took about 25 to 30 minutes. While the walk was a bit long, it was very peaceful and pleasant, with fresh air, and we felt safe. In the evening, we could take a taxi back to the hotel. (However, taxis are scarce in Lake Como, so getting one at night can be inconvenient. It's even harder to find a taxi if it's raining).

LLeezzziThe soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

LâĂ©tablissement est rĂ©cent, propre, avec des installations modernes et bien entretenues. On sent une volontĂ© de viser un standing plus Ă©levĂ©, peut-ĂȘtre celui dâun 5 Ă©toiles selon le directeur. Malheureusement, certaines pratiques vont totalement Ă lâencontre de cette ambition.
Le parking est facturĂ© 18âŹ/jour, ce qui me semble exagĂ©rĂ© Ă©tant donnĂ© lâemplacement hors centre-ville et la prĂ©sence dâun grand parking gratuit pour dâautres usagers (notamment les joueurs de padel). Cela donne lâimpression que les clients de lâhĂŽtel sont pĂ©nalisĂ©s sans raison valable.
Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ© pour un hĂŽtel de ce niveau : le buffet est incomplet, certains plats sont payants et doivent ĂȘtre commandĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment, et il nây avait mĂȘme pas de jus dâorange, ni sur le buffet ni Ă la carte â seulement de lâeau et du lait. Câest loin des standards dâun 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles.
Les capsules de cafĂ© dans la chambre sont facturĂ©es 1,50âŹ, ce qui est surprenant et dĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement qui prĂ©tend offrir un service haut de gamme. Dans la grande majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles, ce genre de prestation est inclus. Cela donne une impression de mesquinerie, en contradiction avec lâimage que lâhĂŽtel essaie de projeter.
Le point le plus dĂ©rangeant : le personnel est entrĂ© dans ma chambre le soir, sans mâavoir prĂ©venu, pour effectuer un « service de rangement ». Je nâavais rien demandĂ©, et jâai constatĂ© que certains de mes effets personnels avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©s. Je nâaime pas que lâon entre dans ma chambre sans mon autorisation explicite, ni sans mâen avoir informĂ© au prĂ©alable. Cela mâa mis trĂšs mal Ă lâaise. Quâun mĂ©nage soit fait le soir peut ĂȘtre un service apprĂ©ciĂ© par certains, mais il doit ĂȘtre clairement annoncĂ© ou demandĂ©.
Jâai exprimĂ© mon mĂ©contentement au directeur. PlutĂŽt que dâĂ©couter mes remarques, il mâa rĂ©pondu de maniĂšre condescendante, insinuant que je nâavais « pas lâhabitude de frĂ©quenter des hĂŽtels 5 Ă©toiles » et que ce genre de pratiques Ă©tait, selon lui, tout Ă fait normales. Une rĂ©ponse hautaine et dĂ©placĂ©e, loin de lâaccueil et du professionnalisme attendus dans ce type dâĂ©tablissement. En guise de compensation, le directeur mâa offert la capsule de cafĂ© Ă 1,50âŹ.
JâespĂšre que cet avis aidera les futurs clients Ă avoir une vision plus rĂ©aliste de cet hĂŽtel. Pour ma part, malgrĂ© la qualitĂ© des installations, je ne le recommanderai pas. Le service client, lâĂ©coute et le respect de lâintimitĂ© ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.
