"Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it!
Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down.
Overall though, not too bad!"

"The hotel's location is great, right by the beach, and there are pools both in front of the restaurant and inside the hotel.
However, the overall value for money isn't great. My parents and kids had been feeling unwell for the past two days on Nusa Penida due to the change of environment, and we wanted to negotiate canceling the hotel. Trip.com informed us that the hotel wouldn't agree, and cancellation would incur a 50% charge, so we had no choice but to push through despite feeling ill.
Upon arrival, we were a bit disappointed. The room was old and dated, and the humidity was high; lying on the bed, it always felt damp and sticky. There were mosquitoes at night, and when we asked the front desk for an electric mosquito repellent, they said they didn't have one and sent up a can of insecticide instead 😂. The two hotels we stayed at before, even the ones costing around 100 RMB a night, always had electric mosquito repellents placed in each room beforehand. Don't be surprised if you find insect carcasses on the floor in the room, and there were lots of small flying insects too. Additionally, the breakfast variety was a bit limited; after staying for a few days, we didn't even want to eat it anymore. Surprisingly, the curry congee on the last day was quite good."

"I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel felt like an escape room – we booked a deluxe room, and it surprisingly had no window, which wasn't stated anywhere. The air quality was terrible with a strong renovation smell. The bathroom had no hairdryer, and while it had a wet/dry separation, the shower door was missing. The toilet and sheets were dirty, and both the air conditioning and fridge were leaking. At 11:30 PM, the music from the bar outside was incredibly loud. I'm catching a 7 AM flight, so I'm feeling awful right now. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very warm and friendly."

"An amazing and highly trustworthy hotel!
I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient (close to the airport) and the rooms are comfortable.
Most importantly, the staff here are incredibly honest and professional. I lost an expensive necklace during my stay, and the team found it, kept it perfectly safe, and contacted me to pick it up! I am deeply grateful for their honesty and exceptional service.

"There was some noise during my stay due to ongoing renovation works, which unfortunately coincided with my vacation period. Aside from that, the overall experience was quite pleasant. "The location is convenient if you're getting around by scooter; you can rent one cheaply right near the hotel. There are a couple of small cafes nearby. Getting to various beaches takes about 10 to 30 minutes, depending on where you're going.
The rooms weren't entirely clean; there were almost always stains on the bedding, and it felt like the floors were either never mopped or mopped very rarely. However, I imagine if you asked them to clean the floors, they wouldn't refuse. The staff is friendly.
When we checked in, there was a strong musty smell. Once we aired the room out, it improved. Shampoo, shower gel, and personal hygiene kits were a nice bonus. The room was cleaned daily, which was also a plus. The soundproofing isn't great, but it never bothered our sleep.
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. It wasn't amazing, but not bad either. With slightly better cleaning, it would be absolutely perfect for the price."

Glebushek_teacherUpon arrival, my mum and I were really surprised with the nice front garden . Looks like a real palace! The same view is inside - everything is full of grass, flowers, fountains. The hotel is so big that you can get lost during first days. The beach is well equipped with lots of facilities. However, it was a bit uncomfortable to stay there because of a lot of locals trying to sell you something every 10 minutes. I was really tired of saying “no thank you”. 5star hotel shouldn’t let this happen, it really disturbs from relaxing.
The service is really good, every time you need something - they do it immediately.
The internet however was really poor, and I couldn’t even call my family because the connection was really slow. One more thing we didn’t like - the breakfast. It didn’t look unique , not for a 5star hotel as well. I have experienced a lot so far, but at Ayodya I was even hungry after breakfast. Average home made breakfast isn’t something you want to have during the luxurious holiday. Sushi was a real “shame”, the pastry wasn’t tasty at all.
The rooms were excellent , with balconies. Everyday cleaning was good. Thank you for positive emotions, we will definitely recommend your hotel. Hopefully you will improve your cuisine in the future.

Guest UserMy stay during this trip exceeded my expectations! ✨ The room was spotless and bright, with excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and the staff were gentle and polite. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat and explore nearby. Overall, it was quiet, not noisy, and the facilities were complete and sufficient. It offers great value for money and is perfect for a stopover. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit, genuinely recommended! ~

Guest UserI stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The spacious room, large bed, and comfortable balcony overlooking the fields made every day enjoyable. I'm truly grateful to all the hotel staff for their kind and friendly service at all times. They were incredibly prompt in handling issues like the faulty security box and running out of toilet paper, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering not just Indonesian dishes but also bread, desserts, and fruits. I especially loved the terrace seating where I could enjoy the morning breeze and sunshine. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a big beach club and the beach, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, and Grab taxis arriving quickly. This was a truly wonderful trip, and I'd love to stay here again.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review:
Pros:
✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this)
✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any.
✅ Very clean in general
✅ Comfortable bed
✅ The service is amazing
✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful
✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices.
✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort.
✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good.
✅ The pool is huge and very nice
✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand)
Cons:
😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door)
😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault)
😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine
✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel!
It is good to give it a try!

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in a very lively area, with a disco right around the corner. This is a plus for some and a minus for others. Decide for yourself, the hotel itself is fine, the staff is friendly, the pool is open until 8 pm and they enforce it (I wasn't allowed in at 8.10 pm). The showers have hot water, and the fountain by the pool plays from morning until late. The bed was comfortable. If you're looking for relaxation, you'll definitely want to go somewhere else. If you're looking for fun, you're welcome—everything is nearby.

Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.
Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

Natasha88We had a cottage just for us, with a beautiful pool and an even more wonderful view of the jungle. Nature is unreal there. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing they didn't have to do was have a bar for cocktails or something like that. But it can be called a Grab. You can also rent a scooter.

Guest UserI just loved staying here, so close to everything, I could walk everywhere. Restaurants money changers minimarts beach taxis, it’s all right here. Staff so helpful and friendly my room had a balcony, fridge aircon TV beautiful furniture. Currently a few repairs going on and extension of veranda for shop, pool area is fantastic ps they tolerate smokers. This is authentic Bali. If your on a budget than this place would suit you.
