"I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved."

"I read so many reviews before booking and finally settled on this one. The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, and you step right out to Dongting Lake. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, the front desk offered an upgrade to a lake-view room for an extra charge, which I immediately took. It turns out it was totally worth it! The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Dongting Lake directly, offering an incredible view. You can watch the sunset right from your bed – it's absolutely stunning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace are both very appealing, and there's even a swimming pool on the third floor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and gave me some snacks. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and Yueyang Tower is just a few minutes' walk away. My experience this time was excellent; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yueyang."

"Firstly, super duper conveniently located just outside Yueyang station, less than 1 minute walk. Secondly, I’m a fan of the interior design/details. Pure elegance. For my basic room, it’s like a suite with partition of spaces! And that doesn’t come with any compromise on the comfort: the mattress was elastic and of moderate hardness, and come with two different pillows (one fat, one flat), which I absolutely love!

Thirdly, it’s equipped with decent laundry room and gym room (up to 15kg dumbbells). Fourthly, despite being near to train station, the room was either kept almost smoke-free or treated very well. No cigarette smell most of the time—except each midnight there would be some cigarette leaked in from the bathroom."

"The service was great, and I generally had a good experience. The only issue was the parking, which was incredibly inconvenient. I parked right outside, and my car got scratched! 😭 I hope they can provide designated parking spots to make it easier for guests."

"The first time I came to Yueyang, the hotel I set was very satisfied with the whole family. It was located near the center of the old street. It was quiet and comfortable to avoid the crowd. I saw that the door was small at the door, but I thought it was not what I saw on the picture. As a result, there is no cave in it. The environment is quiet and Zen, the room is clean, The sanitation is very good, the safety and cleanliness that children need most is completely satisfied... I am in a good mood, I don’t want to leave the parent-child room, two 1.8 rice beds, cool air conditioning, very good rain and hot water, the room is warm and Zen... Not a trust, there is a sense of it, and the service is more enthusiastic. By the way, the compressed towel in the room has a good texture, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed is soft and hard. "The price is reasonable for this kind of holiday. The facilities are old and parking is not convenient. There are stains on the quilt. The glass door handle must have been broken for a long time. The air conditioning button is actually useless but it has air conditioning function. There are signs of mold in the corners."

The hotel is conveniently located near Baling Square, close to Jiehekou City Gate and Yueyang Tower. Public transportation is also readily available nearby, making it easy to get to the train station and high-speed rail station. "The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel service was very attentive; they even brought us fruit and snacks. Parking was convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"This hotel truly embodies the meaning of ”a home away from home.” From the refreshing herbal tea offered upon arrival to the parting gift when checking out, every detail exudes warmth and hospitality. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient, and the bedding is perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. A special shout-out to the front desk service – they not only gave us a complimentary upgrade to a premium room but also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and cuisine. It's truly rare to find such warm and thoughtful service in an unfamiliar city. This will definitely be my only choice for accommodation the next time I visit."
