When I arrived at the store, the front desk staff was warm and polite, and introduced me to the hotel and the surrounding food and outing routes. The rooms are simple and warm and comfortable. I was moved that the room eldest sister ironed my work coat in the room. The rice noodles for breakfast are especially recommended, which tastes super good. This price is considered a great value. Overall, I feel that the hardware and software are good, and it is worthy of the brand of ”Jinjiang”, which is worth experiencing again.

The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful)
The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake!
The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too!
The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice!
I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning!
My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

He added WeChat in advance to communicate about the room and gave the child a small gift for the Year of the Snake during the Spring Festival. The child liked it very much. The hot spring pool is very suitable for children, and the restaurant cuisine is also suitable for the elderly and children. The freshly made steamed buns and wontons for breakfast are very fresh and delicious. The baby can't stop eating. The farm is also suitable for walking the baby. The small animals are very lively and interactive. Although the rooms in the South Building are a bit old, the balcony and facilities are very online.
