Entered the extremely small room, with a big mirror facing the bed, had nightmares at night, dim lights that were hard to see... Discriminatory service, very bad attitude at the front desk. More than 2,000 per night, and they kept emphasizing that we booked the worst room, nothing to say. I went to Switzerland twice, the worst hotel, no doubt about it. Later I went to a certain sweet potato and saw a lot of bad reviews, and there were also cases where the room was opened in the middle of the night. I regret not knowing more about it. The hotel is very close to Interlaken East Station, less than 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel's exterior and interior are very European retro and very artistic. Overall, it is good, mainly because of its good location and convenient transportation.

The hotel is very close to Interlaken East Station, a five-minute walk away. There is a lake at the door, with great views, and not far from the town center. The room is very large, on the top floor, an attic with three small windows and a skylight. I like it very much, and it fulfilled my dream of living in an attic. It is very quiet, and it seems to have floor heating, and the temperature in the room is suitable. Unlike hotels in other cities, this building has a long history and does not use electronic locks, but the kitchen equipment is very complete, with induction cookers, ovens, refrigerators, and various kitchen utensils; the toilet has a ventilation fan, which will automatically stop when not used for a period of time at night, so as not to disturb rest. The front desk is very enthusiastic, especially the lovely uncle, who is very humorous. The guest card is explained very carefully. You can take the card to take any bus in Interlaken (except zone2), and go back and forth from Interlaken East Station to West Station. You can also go to Bucherer to get a small spoon for Rolex. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, fruit and vegetable juice, yogurt, etc., and you can choose bread, croissants, cheese, etc. Overall, it is good.

From the front desk to the restaurant, the service quality is the best in this trip to Switzerland. It is 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the observation deck gear cable car station. The surrounding rivers, shops, and restaurants are not far away.
