Overall, I am quite satisfied. It is the only hotel in Switzerland that requires a deposit of 300 Swiss francs. The room price was relatively high when it was booked, and it is not worth it.

The location is good, about 8 minutes' walk from Interlaken Ost. The hotel is old-school in style, but we stayed in the annex building that was supposed to be added at the back. There was a scaffolding-like staircase outside the window, which didn't feel very safe and affected the view. The breakfast was also poor.
