The location is superb, walkable from the Innsbruck station and near a shopping mall where you can grab food or ingredients.
The team is super helpful and prepared for us the Innsbruck card (upon request), so that we could use the public transport for free. They were super responsive and helpful when it comes to our questions face to face and on email.
Even when the space is small and the bed is in the same area as the kitchen, we were glad that we could use the kitchen (however, we advise cooking light meals, as the smell could be too overwhelming and you may need to open your door to ventilate).

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It lacked an oven, but otherwise it was equipped with all comforts, including a dishwasher. In addition, in the hall there was also a shared space for preparing coffee and tea independently and drinking it at the tables. The staff very kind and helpful. We will be back for sure and for this reason we recommend it.

Very cute small apartment, equipped with everything you need, especially in the small kitchen, which even has a dishwasher. I was especially pleased with the 2 typs of pillows (one smaller and thinner, which you rarely get in other hotels), so I slept great. The centre is within walking distance. We received all the instructions about possible self check inn and about parking, by e-mail. Stuff was very kind and helpfull

Very friendly people at the reception, In the first room the tv didn’t work, so they gave met a different room and a bottle of sekt for the inconvenience, super. The room was large and very clean, no airco, very nice bathroom, but the bed was up some stairs, so in the middle of the night I had to go down and up the stairs twice, which is no mean feat for someone my age. Breakfast was fine. Good parkingspace for motorbike. It a shame about the stairs, else they would have got 6 points

I can’t praise these apartments enough. If you are looking for something between a hotel with facilities that you pay for but never use and fully self catering, then this is an ideal option. We were sent an email with clear and detailed information a few days before arriving. Our apartment was clean, compact and offered everything we needed. There was a jug of water in the room that we could top up and keep cool in the fridge. Our room was cleaned daily and coffee cups for the machine and milk cups were replenished daily. Even though we didn’t put our towels on the floor indicating that we wanted them changed, we found clean towels in the bathroom every day. This could have been due to the very high temperatures the first few days we were there. The room remained warm once the outside temperature had dropped and we returned that evening to find a humidifier in the apartment. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed there two nights and it was great value for its price. In a quaint part of Innsbruck, Pradl Elf fully immersed us in the heart of the city, only a short walk away from restaurants, the Olympic Park, and (a bit further of a walk) the old city. The room we got was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Though we didn't use it, the little kitchenette provided was quite nice and could have been used. The bathroom was good. It is clear that the hotel is not always staffed: before our arrival (which we said via a form would be at 3pm), they sent us emailed instructions for how to get in the event that no staff was there. The instructions were simple to follow and straightforward, but as an American it was a bit odd to not see any staff present. But, the whole time, we felt secure so it was fine. The parking will cost 8 euros a day but is convenient, located about a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Hermoso lugar. Destaco muchisimo la calidez y amabilidad de su gente. Barrio seguro, silencioso y super cerca de todo. La habitacion muy espaciosa, luminosa, limpisima, y su cama y almohadas muy confortables. Hasta tiene una mesa donde desayunar comodamente. NOs ofrecieron tambien bicicletas para pasear por la ciudad. Super recomiendo este alojamiento!
