The room is neither big nor small, and it is in the bare-walled style. The countertop in the bathroom is very large, and the shower water is a bit hot and cold. It may be beautiful facing the snow-capped mountains in winter. It takes some time to walk to the old town.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped. You can see the Alps outside the window. The waiter is very friendly. The breakfast and the on-site restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots in the front and back of the ground and the second underground parking lot, and there are also charging parking spaces. I just saw a comment saying that if you stay for more than 2 nights, you will get an Innsbruck Card, but I didn't enjoy it because I paid for it.

The hotel is at a good location though it is not at the city center but at least you can get a parking lot. Currently the Tourism Board is offering a transportation pass for those that stay at least 2 nights. With that pass, you can take the bus and trams easily to visit places of interest.

Unser Aufenthalt im Rufi's war einfach top. Es gibt ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplätz, ruhige aber doch relativ zentrale Lage, toller Service. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 Minuten im Zentrum. Sehr modern ausgestattete Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Gastronomie haben wir nicht getestet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Für die Heimreise gab es sogar noch eine Flasche Wasser. Preis-Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall!

Our group of three arrived by motorbike having travelled from Italy on a slightly wet and dreary day. On arrival at the hotel, and having parked our motorbikes in the secure parking area we were welcomed by a very knowledgeable member of staff at reception who soon had our room keys issued, token to be used at the bar and advice on the facilities given to us. The rooms were of a good size, and we all loved the big walk in shower/wet room style of the bathroom. Whilst we didn't have an evening meal in the bar area, we saw others who did and so it's worth mentioning that the pizzas on offer looked and smelt delicious. The bar service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel worked well for us. We enjoyed walking along the magnificent River Inn relishing the views of the city as well as the immensity of the Alps behind which seemed to frame everything. Public transport was also easily accessible nearby. We all thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here and would have no hesitation in booking this hotel should we ever visit Innsbruck again.
