I cannot express how deeply disappointed and infuriated I am with the appalling service I received at this 4 stars hotel (it is a joke 4 star with this kind of service). My stay, which should have been a pleasant experience, was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the senior manager, who demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. My ordeal began on September 7th when I checked in, having booked a room rate that clearly included breakfast. The front desk staff insisted on a deposit or full payment upfront, I totally understood on this and I opted to pay in full, expecting no further issues. However, on September 8th, during check-out, I was slapped with an additional charge of EUR 18.80. Why, you ask? Well, the hotel had arbitrarily split the bill into two parts, one for accommodation and another for breakfast, without any prior notification. Given that this was a business trip, my company policy stipulates a single transaction on one credit card. So, I requested a simple reversal and consolidation of the charges into one transaction as per our booking. Shockingly, the front desk staff flatly refused to accommodate my request. When I insisted on speaking with the front desk manager, the manager come out and did not introduce herself, she is with a long golden hair. Of course, I expected senior staff should be able to accommodate my simple request or at least give me a good explanation why cannot, but it did not go what I expect, in fact, the situation went from bad to worse. Mandy Wunderlich, who I later discovered was the general manager based on her photo online, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue rationally, she raised her voice, used aggressive body language, and shouted at us to ”Go, Go!” This behavior was not only embarrassing but entirely unacceptable for a hotel that boasts a four-star rating. I was left astounded by this encounter. If a hotel's general manager, who is expected to set an example for the entire staff, behaves in such an appalling manner, it's no wonder the rest of the team lacks courtesy and professionalism. Individuals like Mandy should not hold senior positions in the service industry, tarnishing the reputation of the hotel and leaving guests with unforgettable negative experiences. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by abysmal service and a shocking display of unprofessionalism from the senior management. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options. This establishment does not deserve your hard-earned money, and its management should be held accountable for their disgraceful conduct.

Poor service. At breakfast a staff lady impolitely complained/corrected us for taking a knife and fork from another table. Furthermore, when we checked in (5 people), we asked to have breakfast included for all, and we settled the bill. At checkout the staff apparently needed more money, and did not understand that we settled the payment already. Really poor service all through, not a welcoming feeling.

I spent one night here on my way from North Germany to Italy. It is just a few hundred meters from the highway. I make the trip often and have tried many different hotels and motels along the route. Although Block was slightly (but only slightly) more than I usually spend, it was most definitely worth it. The (standard double) room, while not vast, was certainly not cramped. And the room layout was extremely well thought-out, unlike many places where, when you sit at the desk, you can feel the bed pressing into your back, or you have to squeeze sideways to get past the wardrobe. Here, you could move around freely. The bathroom was also roomy, with a large walk-in shower. The room has a mini-bar (which I didn't use) and a coffee maker (which I did). The common spaces are also nicely appointed and well thought out in terms of flow. There is a large garden terrace and a smaller terrace off the breakfast room. As I am covid-cautious, I sat and ate outside, which was not a problem. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant in the hotel. But they provide you with a list of nearby places to eat. Or you can opt for what they called ” bar snacks”, either pizza or a salad. I had the salad, which was the size of a main course and tasted good. The bar has a nice selection of wines. As compensation for no evening restaurant, the breakfast was killer. A vast variety of hot foods, both sweet and savory, and good quality cold cuts and juices. (And, yes, a muesli bar, which I saw out of the corner of my eye ;-)) Both the common spaces and the room/bathroom were spotless and seemed well-maintained. All the personnel, from reception to bartender, were friendly and professional. As others have mentioned, you can hear the highway a bit in the outdoor spaces and if you open the window in your room. So if you are highly noise-sensitive, probably not the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The room is very simple. There is no elevator to choose the first floor. The window is a parking space. It is strange for someone else's car to park in front of your window.
The hotel is suitable for temporary transition, opposite the discount village. When I checked in, it happened that the whole area was blocked during the holiday, and I couldn't even see the window. . . Therefore, before traveling, everyone should be optimistic about local holiday arrangements. If the discount village is closed, it will really be worthless, and daily life is not convenient.

Some nites in this hotel. Checkin and check out was ok, special requirements , eg invoice, was well managed. Room was spacey, with wardrobe, room deposit box, separated bathroom and well working ac. Bed was great, flatscreen ok. Also a desk and some power connectors independent from the card lock for room power. Breaky is in the in-house restaurant KAVALA, with everything you need. Starts at 6:30 what is very good for business people. Scrambled eggs are always freshly refilled and made from real eggs - wonderful. Additionally, all other things cereals, bread, pastry, sausages, smoked salmon, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffe from a big machine, several sorts of milk, cow, lactose free, oat... Very silent, and parking lot directly at the hotel. Next time again.

I recently had a stay at the Hotel Dirsch, and while there were some positives, there were also some things that left me feeling disappointed. Overall, I am not sure why this hotel has a four-star rating. In this review, I will share my experiences with you, starting with the neutral aspects. Neutral: Let's start with the swimming pool. I found it to be quite tiny for a hotel that bills itself as a wellness hotel. While it was clean and well-maintained, I would have appreciated a larger pool area to unwind in. The sauna area was adequate, but the fact that it was only open from 12-9 pm left me feeling a bit short-changed. If you're looking for a relaxing sauna session before bed, you won't be able to do so here. The room itself was okay, but it was also very small. If you're expecting a spacious and luxurious room, this is not the place for you. However, it was clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Negative: Now let's move on to the negatives. First of all, in my room, there were no slippers or bathrobe, which I found strange for a wellness hotel. These are basic amenities that should be provided to guests, especially if you're paying a premium price for your stay. Similarly, I was surprised to find that there were no water bottles in the room. This is a standard item that is provided in every hotel, whether you're paying for the water or not. Instead, you have to go to a vending machine, which feels outdated and inconvenient. The bed and mattress were also a letdown. The mattress was incredibly hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you're someone who values a comfortable bed, you may want to look elsewhere. In the evening, there was only one person working at the bar, which meant that there were long waits for drinks. This was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. As I mentioned earlier, the swimming pool was quite small, and I found the prices for the hotel rooms to be quite high, especially given the overall lack of amenities. Finally, the gym was outdated, and two of the treadmills were out of order in the evening. While there were other machines available, it was disappointing not to have access to all of the equipment. Positive: Now, let's move on to the positives. One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the food in the restaurant. The meals were delicious, and the buffet was also quite good. If you're a foodie, you'll appreciate the effort that the hotel puts into its culinary offerings. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions and went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Dirsch was a mixed bag. While there were some positives, there were also several areas where the hotel fell short. If you're looking for a luxurious wellness hotel experience, this may not be the place for you. However, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with good food and friendly staff, the Hote

Outstanding
GGuest UserI stayed here for a week on business and the hotel is very modern, being built within the last few years. The under ground parking is easy to access and large parking spaces, although you have to pay everytime you leave which is frustrating. The rooms are extremely clean, large and sound proofed, with power-shower, and with Air Conditioning. You cannot link you mobile device to the tv which is a shame, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has everything to offer hot / cold food, chef to cook eggs anyway you prefer. Would definitely stay again.
DDandandesignThe room is very simple.
GGuest UserIt seems incredible that having the agency booked the room in advanced and already paid, when I arrive close to midnight they guy in the reception tells me with a Smile ”I have bad news for you... we are over booked”. At the beggining I thought it was a JOKE but no. I'm travelling everyweek to ingolstadt and normally always stay in other hotels and this had never happened. To Top it all, they wanted me to pay for the room in the other hotel (which they got on the moment by calling to other hotels... not in advance knowing that this would hapen) that they would refund the agency (which I said not) and then showed me a picture of the other Hotel and said ”ok its here”. I had to argue so that they paid the taxi to get me there and not knowing that I understand German, the Guy started discussing with the taxi driver becasue 9 Euros was too much for them to pay. Finally they told me ok just go and we will take care of the taxi but imagine what happened when I arrive to the other hotel... the taxi driver told me that they didn't agree on nothing so I had to pay it myslef as clearly from what I heard the Taxi driver didn't have any fault. Its terrible that they overbook an already paid room but even worse that they do not inform in advance or take care of everything in advance... basically they overbook the rooms and hope for a no show and when problems arrive they try to solve it whith an ounce of respect for the customer. p.s. And to reeinforce this... they guy says... we have to customers arriving in the morning and they also don't have bedrom.... as an excuse not to find a solution in the hotel for me... Its a shame that things like this still happen nowadays.
GGuest UserOur room with view of the indoor courtyard was small, bright, equipped with a comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom! The view of the indoor courtyard is essential, the hotel is quite bright. We have been sleeping well and feeling very well, but certainly we have not experienced 3 stars. Our breakfast was external and so we only remember the hotel and dinner.
HHonestandfair4We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are simple but beautiful and very clean. Absolutely loved the minimalistic design. Staff was very friendly and all necessary facilities are there; parking on site, great breakfast, fast WiFi, and for those visiting the Audi forum it’s only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely visit again!
SSam VictorFriendly staff, strategic location, clean environment and great deal for a budget traveller. In addition, you get a great view from the room!
