Rating: 1 Star “Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Radisson Indore. As a premium member, I expect certain privileges, but my loyalty was completely disregarded. Despite booking a month in advance through the Radisson app and requesting an early check-in, I was told by the duty manager that I’d need to pay extra to access my room early—while other guests seemed to receive early check-ins for a fee. To add to the frustration, I requested a room upgrade, which was available, but was denied without explanation. I was even told to cancel my booking if I was unhappy with the service. Radisson Indore’s failure to honor membership benefits and their lack of respect for loyal customers left me with the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I can no longer trust Radisson to deliver on their promises, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone expecting a premium experience.”
