Its a pleasant stay at pride Indore. Spacious room, fine dining. Amazing food, supporting staff. Altogether Worth it. Room service, Room dining staff is so obedient and upto task for their services. Window view towards fields are also amazing. Sunshine falls on your face in morning start your day cheering.

It was an ok experience.... Dont expect much here..... Though the service was prompt..... The restaurant was not upto the mark.... The plates and glasses were dirty..... It's not 5 star as mentioned but just a 3 star hotel.... Other than the restaurant everything was fine.. the reception staff was quite helpful..

It was a nice stay! Hospitality is good! Good behavior of staff as well!! Overall it was a nice experience! The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a relaxing escape. The on-site amenities, like the pool and fitness center, were also top-notch. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone.

Nice hotel having efficient staff, descent ambience overall pleasant for visitors,we are with my wife visited for batcates breakfast has a vast spread and offers amazing options for everyone so is the case lunch and dinner buffet they have well maintained

Ok. It was average stay as the room was clean but bathroom taps were not working despite of repair by house keeping tea cups were dirty, castle was broken/old
servers were having lack of professionalism location of the property is also not convenient i don’t why mmt has given 4 stars

Property is lacking proper maintenance. There are many defects i. E. Door bell not working, tv not working, wifi connectivity issues, many broken parts inside room and bathroom. Services were not prompt. Overall experience is not satisfactory as per charges laid.

Very good among other same budget hotels. Nice and polite staff. Clean and well maintained rooms. Used amenities such as swimming pool, Table tennis, gym, piano. Breakfast is good. Can be better with other more options. Room service is very good.
