TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Airport

The beds were very comfortable, pillows were decent. The room was clean, and shower was hot. The hotel was overall maintained well. Very corporate feeling overall. Hotel lobby/breakfast area was large, and had TVs, but I only saw people there for breakfast. The breakfast was very limited for the price, I have had much better breakfasts at hotels $30 cheaper. Two hot dishes, waffles were cold, wrapped in saran wrap and in the fridge, no easy way to warm them except the toaster. The attendant was doing her best to keep up with the hungry people. The pool was not heated and cold. There was a good sized workout room, and a patio out back.

Nice hotel, new and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose this location because it was close to the airport (less than a 10 min drive). Not many food options nearby but if you drive 10-15 min there are several. Even though this is close to the airport, we did not hear any noise. I would recommend staying here.

This is a great residence hotel. The lobby and rooms are new, well appointed and clean. The bed is very comfortable and there is a good size bathroom. The kitchen has all the basic necessities. It is in a developing area, not the most convenient location for dining out or convenience meals. The room also has a sitting area. The breakfast was basic. The shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. Staff was awesome!

Great location for hotel. Ample parking. Clean and surprisingly quiet room. Titanium Elite Bonvoy status. Arrived at 1 am and waited well over 20 minutes for front desk clerk. When she arrived, she offered no apology, no greeting, and no acknowledgment of Bonvoy status. Highly doubt I received my bonus points either. Breakfast selection was poor. I went to front desk the following morning to ask a question. Three non front desk clerks (housekeeping?) were at front desk. Not a single one of them acknowledged my presence while I waited 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to arrive. Because of the poor customer service alone, I would never stay here again.

I flew into Indy and stayed here that night, then got a car and drove to my destination. A few days later, I drove back, dropped off my car, got the shuttle back to this hotel for the night, then flew out the next day. So, I kinda had 2 stays, a few nights apart. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and I was able to sleep well. I didn't notice any noise from the airport. My only complaint (hardly their fault, but still....) is that there are no restaurants nearby. At just about every hotel that I've ever stayed at has a bunch of restaurants nearby - you know, because people at hotels can't cook for themselves and they gotta eat. Each night that I stayed here, I did not have my rent-a-car, so I simply didn't have dinner the nights I was here. They do have a very typical (uninspiring) breakfast buffet. I think there IS a restaurant listed in this hotel, but it is really more of a snack place, NOT a place to sit and eat dinner. They do have a free shuttle to/from the airport.

This is an airport hotel - kind of. For some odd reason, Indianapolis is surrounded by freeways and open fields - but almost no immediate hotels. The drive to this hotel area from the airport (if you are driving your own car) is odd and unnecessarily long, but that is the case for all IND airport hotels. This hotel has great parking, has a fresh clean feeling, and great rooms. I was traveling with my two adult sons and it was great to have a kitchenette where we could make our own food. The hotel had great beds, fresh sheets, disinfected fridges, clean dishes, sparkling bathroom and great closet area for bags. I have stayed at a few hotels near the IND airport and this one was among the best for both business travelers and families. Internet was also fast enough for streaming and conference calls with zero problems. THIS IS A BIG DEAL and I was extremely pleased.
