I would have given a 5 for services except there was no hot water the day I checked which made the shower I took a little frosty! And we did not get hot water until the next morning.

Great staff, very clean. Love the lobby area with lots of food options. Valet guys were on top of things. (Thank you Miguel!) Overall excellent experience. Thank you!

Stay away from this this hotel at all cost. Service is terrible, front desk only follow management rules no common sense approach. . Spent 4 nights here and I never like it. Nothing special here. This is like 1 start hotel in China. As a foreigner living in China and traveling all over the world I would stay service here is most terrible. The front desk staff don’t even smile. They are like Robot. Hate it

Good location

I just completed my 4 night stay and we had such a wonderful experience here. I want to personally recognize Maya, the Front Desk Receptionist. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay which would not have been possible without her kindness, patience and expertise. She was truly outstanding! It always worked out that Maya was the person who answered my call or happened to be the face I met at the desk for random things I needed. Our team will return to the area in June for the Nationals. I will be strongly recommending that we return to your beautiful location if at the very least, to see Maya again. I am forever grateful for her service. Please compensate her for the wonderful job she did.

What impressed us most was his incredible ability to remember personal details and preferences, making each visit feel personalized rather than routine. He anticipated needs before we had to ask, greeted us warmly each time, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just another room number. Mohammed represents the very best of Marriott’s commitment to hospitality. Employees like him create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back and recommending Marriott to others. He deserves to be recognized for the pride he takes in his work and the outstanding level of service he provides every day. We are here for the national volleyball tournament In the M club, Muhammad does a phenomenal job of taking care of the guests and pays special attention to make sure they have everything they need. He really goes the extra mile in customer service. Thank you for employing people like him.!!
