Great and beautiful view hotel, but one of front desk staff is little mean. But it doesn't influence on I gave the 5 stars feedback, highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice but there was business event there, we couldn't get the room what we paid for.

The location is very good, there are many attractions around, it is recommended to live on the upper floors, you can overlook the Baihe scenic area, there are few choices for food, only one restaurant is open, and there is no breakfast

It was very nice, great spacious room and nice bathroom. Great location on the edge of downtown next to victory field and walking distance to Lucas Oil stadium. Only wish they had a pool.

Jasmine made our stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis start off on the perfect note. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was quick and seamless, but what really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel valued as guests. Travel days can be hectic, and Jasmine’s warm personality immediately put us at ease. She answered all of our questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made us feel excited to be staying at the property. Outstanding customer service like hers is what turns a good hotel stay into a great one. The JW Marriott is fortunate to have Jasmine representing the hotel. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!
