A gem of a hotel overlooking the lake in a scenic town of Waterton. Perfect location. Near beautiful waterfalls. Lovely restaurant/bar/staff. Our room was sparkling clean with upscale bedding and a pot of tea with cups awaiting our arrival. Great price with trip.com in off season. Recommended!

We stayed here on a recent trip to Waterton National Park. I will go out and say that this is the place to stay in Waterton. The rooms are great, clean and comfy. The front desk staff was pleasant and made sure that we were taken care of. This is a newer property and well taken care of.

We dined at the restaurant. What a delightful menu, reasonably priced, great service, all with a spectacular view of the marina! I had the prime rib beef dip, they don't skimp on the beef, tasted amazing. My sister had the house salad and she really enjoyed it. We highly recommend dining here!!

We recommended the lodge to family who PAID for 3 rooms IN ADVANCE with lake view. Upon arrival only 2 rooms had lake view while one did not and was terrible EVEN THOUGH ALL three had been PREPAID. This is unacceptable. Viewer be aware this happened--no misunderstanding. The lodge itself is very nice and so is the restaurant.

Exceptional all around. Newly renovated with very comfortable well appointed rooms. Lake view defintely worth the extra cost, as they come with a large private seating area. Kind and friendly staff consistenty went above and beyond to accommodate/assist. Food was excellent, and reasonably priced, in a comfortable relaxed beautiful setting. So tasty with varied intereting menu that we had every one of our meals at the restaurant. Will definitely be back!

This newly rebuilt hotel has attractive, bright rooms. It's tastefully furnished with an upscale rustic decor. Our room was fairly large with a pristine, modern bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cozy bar plus a restaurant overlooking the lake. We'd definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Keurig coffee machine with real coffee mugs, wine glasses and opener. Ample towels, bath robes, staff were accommodating Special occasion dinner in restaurant was not the first class experience we anticipated. Room is very dark, tables crowded together. Lake view limited. Patio likely better views but too cold on our visit At 6:30 reservation time the prime rib special was not available. Steak ordered was tough and extra charge for peppercorn sauce! Really…. No one asked how the meal was. At current price point, nothing to set this restaurant apart, Better options and views elsewhere. Would return to hotel, not restaurant

Super. Still off season and a lot of snow when we arrived beginning of May. A very nice hotel on the side of the lake. Nice views out of the rooms on the lakeside. Very good and confortable beds. Very comfortable rooms. Dinner lunch and breakfast, lot of choice and very tasty. Friendly staff. Recommended.

My wife and I recently stayed at the lodge for two nights to participate in the Date Night special. Our experience was not disappointing, the attention to detail, champagne, chocolates, tea and cookies left in the room was certainly five star. Our server Haley and chef Darcy went the extra mile in providing exceptional service, hospitality and a wonderful meal inclusive of some samplings of brisket from the BBQ. We will definitely be back soon
