Hampton Inn & Suites Imperial Beach San Diego

Güzel ve temiz

Great service. I forgot my jewelry after checkout and they kept it safe for me until I could collect it.

My friend Shiloh and I had the best time at the Wave Bar in the hotel. Alston made us the most delicious dirty martinis! He was friendly, and hospitable. I am an IB resident, so I typically wouldn’t visit a local hotel bar, but it was a great experience! My husband and I will be back soon!

The property and location were great. The staff were amazing and a quaint little bar with the best bartender. Looking forward to my next stay

Do not, do not, do not stay here if you want to sleep at night. The hotel is next to a very busy road that goes all night long. Additionally, if you have any type of food allergies, the hotel will not accommodate you. Overall, terrible experience. I cut my stay short and went elsewhere.

First, for the laundry room, it is coin-operated. I don't carry coins in general, but it is $3 each for the washer and dryer. The old washer and dryer are certainly an eyesore compared to the rest of the hotel. top blanket was a little scratchy, and it can get cool at night once the humidity breaks. Now for the main reason for the lack of stars. I liked the hotel, the staff, the room, most everything. But a few low-value items went missing from my room. The management said they were not at fault. Again, it was only 5$ worth of quarters (for the laundry) and my earbuds (not fancy ones). It isn't much, but both these items had specific uses, or I might not have noticed. The buds are only used on planes since I am partially deaf. A couple of neck pillows went missing, but I have no idea whether that was at the hotel.

Need a better cleaning schedule or a different way to ensure towels are being replaced and trash removed consistently.

They say they will service your room every other day, but it’s only for those who are staying 4+ nights. Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights and got serviced just 1 time! All they did was make the bed, not change the sheets. No refills on towels and hand towels. Stains on lampshades and carpet, and a sour smell throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast items often not stocked up.
