Beautiful hotel but very poor service. Reasonable coffee and there was no one in the restaurant to serve you. Poor maintenance of facilities. The pool's wooden deck had loose and uneven wood, which could even cause accidents.
I tried to speak to the hotel reception on the phone several times to ask a question and I was unable to complete the call. The WhatsApp channel they provide does not work. They see your message but simply don't respond. Bad experience.
