on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is mandatory to pay and attend to get the room,
late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all.
after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier.
never again to Gokulam hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Park in Munnar! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar.

Nice hotel for business trip Love the food in the restaurant. Everyone is kind n great us everyday, service is good especially the chef deepak he provide nice food us , I been taking it everyday. Will definitely recommend ppl to stay in this hotel.

A delicious meal in pleasant and elegant surroundings. Service was great and the meal (starter, main and dessert ) Food was delicious and authentic. The menu is not too vast (which is a good thing) and well-priced, specially thankx to mr Deepak

They are reliable honest and operate with integrity ,chef Deepak always takes time to answer,chef Deepak provide a good food and specially taking care from starting to end service was nice highly recommend all to visit ones and feel and injoy the meal

Every thing is Excellent and very comfortable with friends and families and once again I have to visit again in gokulam park munnar with my family and the best food. Thanks to MR.
