Mr.Anbu was the manager that ensured everything was under control. Kudos to him. Breakfast was incredible and pothamedu view was so nice. I will go again,just to enjoy the hospitality and black herbal coffee. Must book if you are in munnar.

Very clean. The best view out of my door than any hotel in the world. The housekeeping, especially Rehi, and the front desk were very helpful and professional. Warm water shower was welcome. The spa looked very clean The dinner buffet was especially filling and tasty

receptionists and staff are rude, discourteous, impudent, unprofessional, impertinent, poor hospitality, service is extremely slow, pathetic & disgusting location is excellent, views are excellent, rooms are neat clean tidy, bed sheets were a little bit stained, no lifts, no elevators, difficult for old people who have knee problem as there no lifts and no elevators, poor network, no calling and no mobile data available due to poor network, wifi was not working, poor wifi, problem of electricity, electricity went out frequently

Stayed in Abad Munnar in the month of May with my family for 4 nights. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely return Highlights of the stay 1. Good Breakfast buffet, my parents who are senior citizens really appreciated the hot breakfast options available everyday 2. Overall food quality is very good, all days we ate in the resort 3. View from our room was v nice 4. Morning housekeeping lady was very helpful 5. Had a v nice fireplace in the garden in evenings to enjoy on chilly nights Only issue I felt was wifi is v bad and phone network for Airtel or Vodafone didn’t work at all in the resort location, second point was we arrived at 3 pm at resort after a 5 hr road journey, I have 2 young kids who travelled with me. Reception informed us at the arrival to immediately order something for lunch as lunch typically closes at 3 pm. As soon as I was in room I called room service but the order taker was extremely unprofessional and just said lunch is closed now. Only after insisting firmly that we just arrived and I would appreciate some lunch for at least my kids he offered couple of rice dishes from the lunch buffet which were available upstairs to be sent to room. I feel, something we need to understand the situation and consider at least kids and senior citizens when we are talking to guests. The same person I felt was couple of other times too v unprofessional while handling orders. Rest I really enjoyed my stay as mentioned previously and we will definitely consider coming back

My wife and I stayed there for from 11 to 29 March 2024 . Excellent location with a wonderful view to the mountains. Everything clean. All staff have good manners and ready to serve. The manager Mr. Murali asked us if everything was fine and was pending that our needs were fulfilled. Chef Santhosh cooks wonderfully and took care of preparing the dishes as per our tastes. Worth the price and we'd surely stay there again.

Great location and also very cordial staff who attended to all our queries and accommodated all our requests ! The only negative feedback i would convey is to add a few more local food options on their menu, as it becomes a bit redundant to eat if you're staying multiple days. Would love to visit again !
