Free shuttle to Ichinoseki station and World Heritage Site Hiraizumi. Local bus service to nearby Genbikei rapids, and to Mount Kurikoma. Popular with ordinary working Japanese, and rightly so.

I stayed from Friday night on weekdays. It's high on Saturdays, but I felt that it was the strongest Cospa until Friday night.
