깨끗하고 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 테르메덴 갔다가 방문했는데 스타일러가 있어서 수영복도 뽀송하게 말렸어요. 다만 주차장이 협소해 일찍 체크인하시는걸 추천드려요.

25.02.16(일) 야간에 근무하셨던 키큰남자분과 여성분 서비스 최악이었습니다.
- 투숙객 이용가능한 3층에 있는 전자레인지에서 오징어, 팝콘 조리했는데 “왠만하면 이야기 안하려햇는데 냄새가 너무나서 편의점 전자레인지 이용하시라” 라고 하네요.. 편의점에서 사온 음식아니고, 여기 전자레인지 이용가능으로 안내받았던 거라고 대답하고 기분상한채로 객실로 올라가려 하는데 “냄새나니까 빨리 창문열어” 라고 본인들끼리 말하는게 투숙객인 저희한테 들리게 하더라구요.
전자레인지에 조리 하지 말아야될 음식을 따로 적어둔것도 아니고.. 객실마다 전자레인지 구비를 해둔것도 아니면서 말이죠..
마치 투숙객이 잘못했다는 투로 서비스를 제공하던 그 두분 말이 안됩니다. 좋게 안내해도 되는 내용을 누가봐도 고객들에게 기분 상하게끔 말 하시는 건 좀 아니지 않나요?
해당 일자에 야간 근무하셨던 남자분과 여성분 본인들의 요구사항이 호텔관리 룰에 적합했는지 다시한번 되짚어보시면 좋겠고
최악의 서비스였습니다.(낮에 안내해 주셨던 분은 너무 친절했는데 야간에 저런 불친절한 서비스를 받아서 다시는 방문하고 싶지않네요.)

SK 하이닉스 부근, 체크인은 3층, 주차공간은 지하 2-4층 늦게 체크인시 공간 부족한 듯, 조식은 이용안했음, 객실 청소상태와 세팅 아주 좋습니다, 샤워 커튼이나 문이 있었으면 좋았을 듯 - 재방문 의사 있습니다. 추천합니다.

이천여행을 급하게 결정해서 숙소를 찾다 호텔 인트라다를 예약했습니다
비즈니스호텔이어서 기대하지 않았는데 방이 굉장히 큰 편이었고 하이닉스 앞에 위치하고 있어서 주변에 음식점과 상가, 편의점이 바로 붙어 있어 호텔 주변에서 모든 걸 해결할 수 있었습니다
식탁과 의자가 있어 아이들 그림도 그리고 간식도 먹고 스타일러가 있어서 옷에 밴 음식 냄새도 바로 처리할 수 있었습니다
가격대비 완벽하게 만족한 숙소 입니다 이천 여행 시 꼭 선택하시기 바랍니다
