This is not a five star hotel. The service is extremely slow. And if you’re not European, you’ll have to ask at least three times for everything that you need. Service was extremely slow even at Nobu. If you order a pool bed, don’t expect to order food or drinks at the same time, it will never come. All in all the hotel is nice, but the staff needs better training on customer service. The service at this hotel is a one star at best.

Sehr laute Musik bis um Mitternacht, nur bei geschlossenem Fenster ist schlafen möglich. Auch im Restaurant ( das Essen ist gut) ist die Musik so laut, dass man sich kaum verständigen kann. Das Whirlpool Wasser sprudelt dunklen Schaum. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind überrissen. Junior Suite und die Terrasse sind nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Wasser in der Dusche wechselt ständig die Temperatur, wenn andere Gäste Warmwasser brauchen. Gläser und Wasser im Zimmer werden nicht immer aufgefüllt. Empfang an der Rezeption zum Teil sehr arrogant. Frühstücks Angebot okay, nicht mehr. Zu wenig Personal zum bedienen. Vorhergehende negative Kommentare in Trip Adviser werden nicht ernst genommen oder umgesetzt. Schade. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Beautiful hotel Amazing location, 10 mins from the airport. 10 mins walk from the marina 10 mins drive to Ibiza town Beautiful view Super friendly pool staff and very kid friendly. My kids loved every second there. Beautiful and very clean rooms Great food choice at the pool Excellent pool bar with delicious cocktails.

Sin duda el mejor hotel de la isla , el ambiente es increíble y el personal súper atento y detallista. Tienen Spa , gym, una boutique y un kids club donde los niños hacen muchas actividades y se lo pasan genial. La localización es perfecta porque está cerca de todo.
