Clean hotel with nice rooms. Bonus! There is a 7-11 on the second floor hotel is also directly attached to the train station which made it a great base for getting around. Difficult to find- located on 6-9th floor of building. We arrived on the day after a typhoon was expected to pass by the area and everything around was shut down. As a result we were prepared for some things to be different then the norm. We were hopeful to check in early, but understood many others were in same situation. What surprised me is that we were advised if we paid $2200 per room extra we could check in early. As we had 2 rooms we declined and chose to wait. Interestingly, our rooms still were not ready at check in time - so I can only wonder where we were going to go if we paid the extra money? Breakfast- we did not enjoy. Like most hotels the food is the exact same each day. But here it was especially limited and our 2 boys ate nothing on offer. Also, they close quite early and are circling around like piranhas wanting you to leave before the breakfast is even closed so you don’t feel comfortable. Good stay overall

The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. Because it was crowded The front desk was rough. The tone of the room is male? Or the wall and the light shielding curtain are thick. It is good that the room light can be brightly adjusted. I was surprised that there was a microwave oven in the room ❗ table It's a little narrow and the chair is a type of backrest, so long hours may be tired.

Very nice spacious hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

I stayed for the first time in 2 years. I canceled the final flight from Itami, and I stayed at the decision because there was an artificial hot spring near the airport. It is close to the straight distance, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk because it is not a detour route. The trouble is the case of flight cancellation by storm. It will be wet in 10 minutes. At that time, this hotel is happy to have a pick-up car from 1 people. Also, I stayed in the superior room on the upper floor for the first time, but it was usually a business hotel. I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

i had a concert in the hall next door, so i asked my mother, 79 years old. Despite the busy time of lunch time, I was able to spend a very happy time with my mother who was able to go out with me occasionally. i'm sorry for the mistake of my time, but i'm sorry for the hard work. Also, my mother forgot to the store for the concert, but I received a warm email. (I didn't notice the phone and email, and I asked for a disposal because I was home, and I was really sorry) I had a select lunch! Every dish was very delicious until dessert. My mother was also very happy to say, ”delicious, delicious!”. The corona countermeasure is also firm and you can eat with peace of mind. I will take a slow time next time. Thank you. Hotel located in front of Hanshin Amagasaki Station. I took this place to go to the live of Kyocera Dome. When I opened the door, there was a closet on the right hand and a bed in the back, and the passage to it was wide. Therefore, the appearance installed on the wall can be seen throughout the body. The equipment such as TV and boiler is very compact on the wall on the bed and the face. TV is also a wall hanging type. Next to these storage tables? Something stacked, and when I thought I would use it as a side table, the customer was not moving very much or dust was accumulated in the corner. In addition, the upper part of the panel with the television was also seen. When the air conditioner came next to the bed, I thought that I could be throated because I came up right above the face, but the sound was small, and I forgot to mask and sleep, but it was okay. The humidifier had water from the beginning, and I didn't know whether this was forgotten or put in. You can see TV BS. There are two USB terminals and outlets, which is convenient. The public bath is a type of recitation number and the door is a type, and the woman is safe. The Yufune is large and the dressing room is beautiful. The bus in the room was not used, but the water supply was just a good type of hot water, so it was convenient. It is written as a mini bowl, but it becomes a hunger for women. The chicken was a long time, and it was fragrant and delicious, and other dishes were made not celery. This hotel, which is about 15 minutes from the dome, was quite good at cospa.

Reasonable price with one single room with Japanese style floor bed, It was okay to stay however the smoking smell in the passageway was bothering me often times, but I think this prob will be able to solve by perfuming etc, also 1min away from metro station It was great !

The entire experience is petrified. I have never ever had so horrible experience in my entire life due to the foreign staff who is not Asian nor Japanese. The foreign staff is a guy with the cap on. As a tourist I forget to take off my shoes when I came to the hostel that made sense. Also it was the only and first time I made the mistake. He then shouted at me and pissed off by saying please Obey OUR Rule whilst other Japanese staff just said Oh she forgets only instead of shouting and being so rude. The Japanese understand I did not do it on purpose or have any intention of breaking their rule. The foreign staff looks so bossy as this is his hostel and he is the boss. He speaks fluent Japanese. I seriously don't understand why the hostel hire this rude person. Come on I know you want to make it international. He might brought his very rude culture from the middle east. The white people or Asian will not behave like this. I am not asking for a five star hotel service but at the very least treat your guest with respect. Obey is a strong word and I know he is not an English speaker but he is unbelievably rude. In the hospitality industry even though it is a hostel it needs service basic service and at the very least being polite. As if I owed him a lot come on I am a guest. Another staff like the Japanese girl and the owner Japanese guy are nice especially the girl called naka and she was very sweet to ask where would I go and giving suggestion. Apart from that the TV is amazing coz you turn up loud it's the same as silence Like other review said it is very noisy especially on Friday night. Staring from 4:30 in the morning someone was brushing teeth and locked and opened their door. It happened on every hour. I did not get a good night of sleep. I cannot wait to get out of this hell as I worried to make other mistake or forget something like take off the shoes and get shouted by the big boss from middle East. I will not come due to this guy. Taking to the local mere y who sold the skewer about the Japan is getting international. The old say is Japanese refused the immigration. There are not much white people only up to 2. But tons of the Middle East people who worked in restaurant hostel supermarkets or clothes shop. They are rude like the male Middle East staff in the hostel. The local said he welcome tourists not immigrant Japanese culture emphasis on politeness and repect. This rude staff ruined my trip and my good impression about Japan. Ask me to obey okay I will not be back to your hostel. And even in China have much better service then you. I will not come to Japan and spendinf money for such disgraceful treatment . Thank you Middle East staff you just ruined my trip in Japan. This is utterly unpleasant.

This is a very convenient modern hotel if visiting the science park on business. 10 minutes walk away. The Kansai airport bus literally stops at the main entrance. The hotel is large but at the time of visiting pretty quiet. There didn't appear to be an any additional restaurant or bar that was open other than for breakfast. However there is a large out of town shopping area with a number of ok restaurants about 7 or 8 in a row that open late that is literally 10 minutes walk away. We tried 5 of these in our week long stay but honestly nothing stood out. The nearest train station is a good 45 minute walk away so getting a taxi is essential really. However, Nara is only 20 minutes away from Shin Hososo station when you eventually get there. Worth the effort for a bit of life. The hotel breakfast was mixed Japanese and Western which was actually pretty good and probably the highlight of the stay. Rooms were basic, large and quite cool which was actually quite welcome compared to some of the overly stuffy rooms that modern hotels tend to have. Overall functional. But the surrounding area is pretty bleak and very quiet walking around after hours. This may have been the time of year but somehow I doubt it.
