The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. Location next to a seriously busy six-lane road. I feared traffic noise to be a round the clock nightmare, however, with the window shut, it was in fact never a problem, probably courtesy of double glazing and proper insulation generally. The window could be opened wide, which was a welcome surprise, but the roar of the traffic (even on a 4th floor) was such that nobody would want to put up with it for longer than strictly necessary. The Kadoma area may appear rather underwhelming initially, but it is relatively convenient for the Expo Park (a major attraction by any standards) and more geared for local residents rather than commuters, who are another type of creature with different needs. No Metro station nearby, but it is on the intersection of the Osaka Monorail and the Keihan light railway. Otherwise, good predictable Toyoko with self-service check-in machine. Useful 7Eleven just opposite.

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return. The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

Reasonable price with one single room with Japanese style floor bed, It was okay to stay however the smoking smell in the passageway was bothering me often times, but I think this prob will be able to solve by perfuming etc, also 1min away from metro station It was great !

This is a very convenient modern hotel if visiting the science park on business. 10 minutes walk away. The Kansai airport bus literally stops at the main entrance. The hotel is large but at the time of visiting pretty quiet. There didn't appear to be an any additional restaurant or bar that was open other than for breakfast. However there is a large out of town shopping area with a number of ok restaurants about 7 or 8 in a row that open late that is literally 10 minutes walk away. We tried 5 of these in our week long stay but honestly nothing stood out. The nearest train station is a good 45 minute walk away so getting a taxi is essential really. However, Nara is only 20 minutes away from Shin Hososo station when you eventually get there. Worth the effort for a bit of life. The hotel breakfast was mixed Japanese and Western which was actually pretty good and probably the highlight of the stay. Rooms were basic, large and quite cool which was actually quite welcome compared to some of the overly stuffy rooms that modern hotels tend to have. Overall functional. But the surrounding area is pretty bleak and very quiet walking around after hours. This may have been the time of year but somehow I doubt it.
