My main focus is the swimming pool area, but I will say a few things about the hotel itself. The rooms are N25,000 and above. The drinks are expensive, but the cost of swimming is good. I didn't get to see any of the rooms. My friend and I were shown the video slide where among other aspects of the hotel, we could see what the rooms looked like. The rooms looked okay. On Sunday afternoon, when I went, the area around the hotel was serene and the poolside was serene. Some people were watching football by the poolside, but there was not much noise. Even though there were no customers in the inside bar/dining room, the music there was very loud. The pool, a trapezoid with no sides of similar length, was built to fit into the shape of the space left for it. Speakers at the poolside were disguised as rocks. On one side was a bar where soft drinks, alcohol, and ice cream could be bought. On the other side of the pool were tables with chairs and a television. I enjoyed swimming in the pool even though the pool was relatively small. It has a shallow end and a deep end, but the deep end is like 5 feet 5. I had a problem with the changing room. The changing room was a cubicle with lockers, just one for both male and female. They then had two showers, one male and one female. If you want to ease yourself, you have to go to the other side of the bar to use the conveniences. Hmm. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves there. The one thing that spoilt it for us was the group of young boys and girls who came in the evening, made noise, and were smoking shisha. Different strokes for different folks you could say.
