Overall it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly. The incubation meal was good, but the entree was not good. The bed seems a little old.

Hotel best western ashoka is centrally located and convenient for sightseeing, shopping or official work. The food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is very sumptuous. Every day there are different dishes, serving different tastes and the service is excellent. The housekeeping is above average, with very willing and helpful staff.

I stayed at Best Western Ashoka recently. My experience has been outstanding. The staff is courteous, room is spacious, and the overall stay was very pleasant and welcoming. I intend to stay at Best Western Ashoka when I return in January. I would like to thank the hotel staff who made my extended stay of three months very pleasant, particularly Madhusmitha, Madhuri, Sravanthi, Afreen, Monalisa, Prasanna, Pooja, Jyotjiraju, Suresh, Bhavani, Venu, Kumari, Sanjana, Purushottam, and Najir. These people are an asset to the hotel. I would recommend Best Western Ashoka for your boarding needs in Hyderabad.

The hotel is really good with good and clean rooms. They provide good Jain food. The checkin was swift and rooms were nice. The hotel is centrally located at Lakdikapul. Nice hotel to stay while in the city. We definitely Recommend to stay and enjoy the time in Hyderabad.

The hotel generally seems to have group tourists staying there. During my stay, there was a large group of young boys and girls at the hotel. They were absolutely unruly and mischievous. They were screaming, yelling and running around in the corridors till about 2am making it impossible for the rest of the guests to sleep. Though i complained to the front desk, they couldn’t have any control on the students. I spent two sleepless nights at the hotel.

The front desk was prompt and concierge staff was very helpful travel desk at hotel was supportive. Breakfast spread was appropriate for different age groups. Food was fresh and tasty

The property is at a very good location to explore various tourist destination just beside lakdikapul metro station. However, due to heavy traffic around the area you will hear a lot of noise in your room. Buffet breakfast was below average while amenities and service provided was really good. The staff is quite helpful. We had booked deluxe room which is just beside the road due to which there was a lot of noise in our room and we couldn't sleep the first night due to the traffic noise. The staff helped us and gave us a different room just opposite to it which made the noise a bit lesser. But we still could hear the noise. We were able to sleep only between 11:30 pm to 5 am and couldnt rest properly in the hotel.
