This property is nothing short of magical. Stunning views, great food, ultimate pampering by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Shout out to Aruna at the front gate, Mr. K.V. Rao who could give world class photographers a run for their money. Also, a special mention to Sujata at the restaurant and the restaurant manager Mr. Abdul Nassar. I would rate this place an eleven on ten and would want to go back every chance I got.

It was a perfect blend of luxury and royalty. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with lovely décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfortable stay.

I recently booked a stay for my parents at the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. They only speak Telugu, and I was a bit anxious about whether they would feel comfortable and well taken care of. But from the moment they arrived, Gurram Srinivas went above and beyond to make them feel right at home. My parents couldn't stop talking about how magical the palace felt, with its grand architecture and serene gardens. They felt like royalty, and it was a special experience they will never forget. Srinivas was a true gem, assisting them throughout their stay and making sure that language was never a barrier. He helped them understand everything, took care of all their needs, and made them feel like family. Thank you, Taj Falaknuma, and especially Srinivas, for creating such beautiful memories for my parents. This was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience full of warmth and magic.

We stayed at Taj Falaknuma in Hyderabad from 14-16 october and we have to say, it was perhaps the greatest luxury experience we have had in a very long time. It was a royal feeling from the moment we stepped onto the chariot to the moment we bid farewell to the palace. From the accomodation to the dining, there wasn’t a single moment where we felt that there was anything to complain about. We would like to specially mention the kind service that we received from Mr. Abdul Naseer who made sure we were nothing but happy throughout our dining experiences. All in all, we experienced something extremely unique and an experience that will be etched in our memories for decades to come.

An amazing experience out of the world, we were there to celebrate Haripriya Birthday. The hotel staff are exceptionally outstanding . The Property itself takes you back in time of how the Royal family life style was. The whole stay was outstanding and memorable for life.

We had a lovely 3 day stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace. The experience was wonderful and all staff including our driver and guest relations manager were very helpful and courteous. The nawab suite we stayed in and the palace in itself is breathtakingly gorgeous but what really stood out for us was the immaculate hospitality of the staff. Highly recommend and we will surely be back for another stay!
