Taj Banjara

In addition to the aging of the hotel which has already been reported many times, it is the negligence of the management of TAJ Group and the local authorities of Hyderabad that we wish to discuss here. No point in wanting to use the swimming pool overlooking this cesspool. The Management, which seems to have the answer to everything, will tell us that everything is done to make this bearable, but the problem is that it is not and that obviously the city which has taken over the management and treatment of this putrid pond is mocks in the name of progress, of growth at all costs, and in a climate of business which so characterizes Indian political life. In fact, pollution is the least of the worries of these elites and the BJP government and this is leading India to disaster. The hospitals around the hotel are growing like mushrooms but who can afford them? and yet given the situation everyone would need a good blood test to see the ravages of this endemic pollution. The Taj Banjara would have been closed by administrative decision for a long time in the West... here everything is fine, it goes without saying. It is undoubtedly not too late to demand this closure as long as the pond is not cleaned. In terms of things experienced positively, the price of course because in these conditions, the Taj group makes efforts to include breakfast and dinner at a very tight price. The quality of the buffet does not attract comments like the responsiveness of the room staff. Note that Uber struggles to find cars to take you to the historic sites as the city is overwhelmed by car traffic, so be patient or extra costs assured. Finally, note a small croquignolet detail that the windows of the rooms overlooking the sewer have been condemned on the grounds of preserving the environment (sic) and preventing mosquitoes from entering... but it is the smell that it is appropriate to try to mask and it is insufficient. Guaranteed headache when you wake up...
