It was a nightmare. The room is very small, barely able to move around the bed. No toilet paper. Cockroaches everywhere. Do not advise anyone to stay.

Ac rooms are good and clean, the non ac rooms could use some renovations. The staff is polite and helpful. There isn't a in-house restaurant at the property which may pose a problem with some travellers but since it's located right inside the main market, you can easily find everything. Overall cleanliness should be improved as the corridors and bathrooms were dirty. I will suggest this property for a budget stay near the charminar

The room was not prepared, even though it was 6 hours late. Then switched to a suit room but that was terrible, the washroom was not neat and there was a leakage of water going on. No tv in the room. Water leakage in another location of room too. No proper dustbeen

Stay was alright for the price. Quick check in and check out. The staff was friendly and good. The only issue is that it is a little bit difficult to find and there is very little shops and eateries nearby the lodging

The hotel was good in all aspects. The location was perfect and the staff was nice. Prices were reasonable.
