Bathtub didn’t function properly! The laundry service was delayed beyond my check out time and they didn’t even respond in a timely manner!

Stay was very comfortable, service was top notch. The housekeeping department was very helpful. Would like to give a special shoutout to Narayan for all the support during checking in and check out. Will definitely return, and recommend it to other guests.

Excellent service. Very clean rooms. Efficient housekeeping staff, Narayan and Sairam. Courteous staff in all areas. Polite and helpful front office staff. Very good food. Good loaction too. Great value for money. Will recommend to all I know.

The hospitality was good. Breakfast served was good. Washrooms were clean. The room size was adequate. Location of the hotel is moderate. The room were clean and in order. The staff was friendly. A bit on expensive side rest everything about the hotel was good.

Very clean, comfortable, Narayanan from housekeeping was very polite and courteous. Rooms were very clean and done on time. Food was great and tasty. Everything was done very smoothly. Check in and check out were seamless. Overall had a very nice stay!

The resturant food was just amazing with the chef Rajesh just delicious food he prepared and we tried that all food for us and also for our baby well and good behaviour also i appreciate the services he received i just give 5 star to all the hotel staffs and specially the chef Mr Rajesh.
