Big loft apartment for 2 couples. Really nice living area to hang out together. Location was really close to restaurants and square.

Great small hotel in Hvar center with well decorated and spacious rooms (bedroom, living room & bathroom). Our second floor room was not facing the sea unlike probably mostly every other room but was anyway pretty nice and cosy. Luggage assistance provided👌👍

What was supposed to be our ‘at no expense luxury destination’ definitely came at an expense. Let me start by saying the hotel itself is beautiful, has ac, and Ivana at front desk was so helpful when we checked in. We arrived, put our luggage in the living room, left for the day, came back & showered, and went to bed. One woke up in the morning with symmetrical bug bites on her leg, which were not there the night before. We didn’t assume the worst at this point. We were gone the next day until 6pm and while getting ready we decided to check the mattress. There were bed bugs & eggs all over it (evidence included). When we kindly notified staff & management they said this has never happened, don’t know what they look like or how to handle it, and the only way it could happen was because we brought them (obviously not true since we were in the room less than 10 hours at this point & did not touch the bedroom until going to sleep). Honestly, we weren’t upset that it happened in the first place. Despite it being our first time encountering this, we understand it can happen and can be inevitable when traveling. But to have ‘zero knowledge’ on this topic because it’s ’never happened’, zero protocol on how to handle it, no accountability or apology for the inconvenience, and to only blame us for pointing it out was more than upsetting. To top it off, their solution was to vacuum the mattress and change the sheets like it never happened (which does NOT fix the infestation they clearly have). We closed that bedroom door and did not go back in. We were unable to use our main bedroom & forced to sleep on the bed upstairs and the one infected on the couch (Safe to say she got little to no sleep). We were leaving in the morning so no reason to make a big deal over it, but to pay over $1000 for only two nights, master bedroom infested, zero apology & given only blame is terrible customer service. On top of everything, they called their ‘expert’ who said it couldn’t possibly be bed bugs during a 5 minute phone call with no knowledge or eyes to see it for himself. Their infestation is far from over due to their poor ‘handling of it’, and we were just unfortunate enough to be the ‘first’ to fall victim to it. Room 21 beware.

1/5 stars It hurts me to give 1 star on this review, because our jaws dropped when we walked in our room. A gorgeous, two story room with a bathtub, robes, and an amazing view of the port. We thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary water and chocolate while adoring the view. I wish I could say that the luxury continued, but my travel companion woke up after one night with a curious cluster of itchy bites on her leg. Eventually we decided to check our mattress, where this stay took a turn for the absolute worst. We discovered an infestation of bed bug eggs, which were unmistakable. We immediately alerted the front desk- and this is where it all went wrong. Instead of apologizing and offering a new mattress or new room, the staff immediately turned to blaming us for this infestation (mind you, we had been here 10 hours at this point and had not had this issue up until this point- and our bed was was COVERED in eggs). They kept asking where we had been previously, despite us having no bites or issues until this point. They called “their expert,” who declared it impossible that these were bed bugs, therefore we were were not offered anything besides a vacuumed mattress, which will not kill these bugs. They continued to blame us throughout the night and did not offer one apology nor compensation, even though we spent the last night sleeping on the couch rather than the bed. I feel bad for whoever stays in room 21 after us, because they took no accountability for the bugs and did not follow an appropriate termination procedure. It’s a shame that such a beautiful hotel has no protocol or accountability for bed bugs, and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location; close to the ferry, fabulous breakfast buffet: rooms were all unique, great housekeeping staff; the hotel concierge Danka went above and beyond in providing warm and excellent service to our group; the central location is very convenient but you are close to multiple restaurants and music venues, if you are a light sleeper you may want to have ear plugs with you but the street noise overall was no worse than what you may experience in any major city hotel.

This was our 3rd stop on our 2 week road trip , we like to stay in small boutique hotels and this fitted the remit perfectly. Our suite was beautifully furnished with a great view overlooking the main square . I’ve got to admit when I booked it said parking ( I missed the small print that this wasn’t on site and was at extra cost ) and it did concern me but on our arrival we got a space no trouble and the car park was simple to use and the hotel did send someone to meet and assist us to the hotel which was 5 minutes walk . We were glad we booked as the location was perfect ( at the end of April Hvar wasn’t too busy but had plenty of restaurants, bars cafes open - and our room didn’t suffer from noise ( we are light sleepers ) the only negative was at certain times our suite had cooking smells infiltrating it - we couldn’t work out where from but being central there is a restaurant you have to walk past to enter the hotel and there are bars etc below our window . Breakfast was inside for the 1st day but the following 2 it was outside in the lovely floral area . I can’t say the breakfast was the best - fruit a bit limited and the eggs didn’t look freshly cooked on day 1 and 3 but not a dealbreaker but could be better , still we would recommend basically for the lovely suite and location . I don’t know whether the bar at the bottom of the stairs to the sq belongs to the hotel but we really liked it especially the brilliant live singer

We stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The front desk staff are all friendly and welcoming. They booked all of the excursions for us, which made it less stressful for me! They gave great recommendations as to how to plan out our 4 days there. We had 2 sea view suites and the large suite on the last floor. The kids loved that room! The rooms were very large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was very convenient to get a bite there before starting our days. I can highly recommend the Park Hvar. The location can't be beat, and it's a smaller boutique hotel so the personalized service is the cherry on top.

It was clean. Our room was broken up with little room to sit. The view out the window was an alleyway of lower roofs. The bathroom sink wouldn’t unplug. When we called the front desk to ask for help she came up. She tried to tell us we had to reach under the sink and push the lever to release water in the sink. We asked for the manager. We were told he would be hear later. We are not happy with our accommodations. We asked for a different room but we’re told there was nothing else available.
