on the weekend of September 2, 2023, I made a reservation for two nights at the Hampton hotel. It has a very good location but horrible service arriving at room 316. The room was dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for days. Popcorn in the corners peed on the walls the bathroom (toilet) all yellow inside the bathroom floor hair, I called the front desk to let them know the person told me that he couldn't do anything because I wanted to cancel and leave there that I had to talk. where I had made the reservation I had a bad experience I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night I brought a 3 month old baby something stung his little legs and body the next day I left very early I should have paid more attention to the notes This is told by a person who has worked all his life in cleaning, the cost of the rooms is very high for how bad they are. i never will stay here again.

Mr. Tridip Patel (General Manager) provided excellent customer service while I check-in. I needed to check in early because I was attending a wedding & need to change clothes. He assisted in checking early. Very friendly man.

Love to stay again location is quite and lots of restaurants near by all staff keep with smiling face we be definitely back and stay at this location, there suites room is bigger then aspected, love Hippo in town

The employees at this Hampton were friendly.... that was the only plus. My room (315) was filthy. A spilled pink drink over the AC unit, spills/stains along wall, hair on the sheets that was not mine. The carpet was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Workout facility had no wipes for equipment and no clean towels. They also tripled the rates the day I was there knowing an event was in town. I would not stay here again, plenty of other cleaner, cheaper choices.

This inn was convenient for us midway between two places we needed to go. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are back to serving their pre-virus breakfast which was very much welcomed.

Our reservation had Confirmed Connecting Rooms; but the hotel gave away one of the connecting rooms to another guest prior to our arrival. The hotel has only 1 set of connecting rooms which seems dumb. Also, the coffee maker in Room 203 was corroded, dirty, and could not be used. Room 203 also had a broken TP holder (coming off the wall). I am a 20+ year Hilton HHonors member; and I definitley did NOT feel honored.

We've always stayed at Hamptons. We booked 2 nights under a wedding discount. When we needed to add a 3rd night knowing it would be at full $, we were told there were no available rooms. When I said I'd cancel and go elsewhere, suddenly our exact room opened up, but only if I cancelled my original reservation and rebooked all 3 nights at full price, relinquishing the wedding discount for the 1st 2 nights. As everyone was staying there, I had to do it and lost out on hundreds of dollars on the stay. When we arrived, there was eaten food in the fridge and the walls of the room obviously had not ever been cleaned. The bed and bathroom appeared clean, however, we will no longer stay at Hampton/Hilton. They were willing to lose a long time customer by being greedy. So long Hampton....

This is the most disappointing experience this lifetime Diamond member has had at any Hilton property. And, due to its location, this is a place I need to stay fairly often. One can hope management will institute some changes soon. As we are encouraged to do, I checked in on the app, selecting a first floor room. My room changed three times before we arrived in the early evening. We trudged up stairs with luggage. My wife immediately noticed that the bathroom floor was sticky. We put down towels. The next morning, we found that the coffee maker was clogged with moldy debris. I am getting used to the toiletry dispensers showing up in some hotel rooms. However, they are not helpful when they are empty. I reported the coffee and soap problems to the front desk and got very little acknowledgement. So, I added that perhaps they should look into the problems. “OK” I was told. We’ve learned to stay on the ground floor to avoid the elevators that often seem to be used by kids as an indoor playground. This time, the elevators were simply filthy come morning. On this particular visit, the parking lot was full of large trucks, many backed into parking places and protruding over the sidewalks such that they were unusable. The door at the end of the hall was partially blocked by one long vehicle. What would the fire marshal say? Hampton are great, budget-friendly options for frequent travelers. This one needs a reboot.
