We organised a baby shower in the Morning room at Rockliffe, and what a wonderful experience it was. The room looked beautiful, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful (special mention to Kate Gray for organising- nothing was too much trouble) and the food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. We couldn’t be more delighted and would 100% recommend the venue if you’re planning a special event

We had a wonderful stay at Rockcliffe Hall. The decor is stunning, the staff is professional and friendly, the spa has a range of wonderful treatment rooms and excellent facilities inside and out, the food and service in the Clubhouse is spot on and the golf course is top notch. Highly recommended!

Great stay again. Friendly reception, and shown to our room which had been refurbished since we last stayed. Spa was excellent although we did not book any treatments.
Evening meal at Club house was nice (we preferred the menu there) with excellent service.
Highly recommended and we will visit again

Expensive hotel - You get what you pay for!
This hotel is lovely. The newer modern rooms in the new part of the hotel are huge. Great outlook onto the golf course and woodlands.

Not Terra- ble!
Wonderful hotel with excellent spa facilities! Friendly, attentive staff, always willing to help.
Ate in the new Terra restaurant and although food was very good, the menu was a little confusing as it didn't explain that the main courses were for 2 people. We ordered 2 of them and this far too much. One meal was mostly wasted which ( at these prices) was an expensive mistake.

Not a 5 star experience
Lovely Spa,
Food disappointing, very limited choice.
Our suite didnt match 5 star expectations, windowless lounge area was dim & gloomy.
Carpets stained.
Thoughtful birthday card left for my wife but the Gluten free biscuits were out of date.
Doubt we'll be revisiting

Overnight stay
Came for a night away with my mum as a belated birthday treat for her. From start to finish the stay was excellent. The standard of service from all the staff we encountered was amazing - super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, and had a lovely view of the golf course from our patio doors. Spa was slightly difficult to locate as there is no sign that it is through the changing rooms, however the facilities are top tier. Nice little touch having complementary ice tea available next to the sauna, it’s definitely needed! We both also had a prescription facial which was absolutely my favourite part of our stay. The lady who performed my treatment (unfortunately didn’t catch her name!) was really friendly and she made me feel relaxed and taken care of. I came out feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing! Overall we had a fantastic time and we will definitely be returning!
