Hurghada Hotels with Parking

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Excellent hotel: delicious and varied food, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff, quality service. We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel! Of the cons: there are not always enough sunbeds near the pool with a bar. Due to the fact that some people occupy more than 1 sunbed per person. For example, 2 people come, but occupy 3 sunbeds, just putting their things on the third. The staff doesn't tell them anything for some reason. The rooms without renovation are really old furniture, but we were not critical - clean and nothing is broken. We didn't understand a little about the bar where you can smoke shisha. We have an ultra all-inclusive system 1 shisha was free of charge, the hotel app has a menu of this bar, it states that some drinks on the UAI system are served free of charge, but in fact the bar employee said that ALL drinks are paid .. but in general, we were satisfied with the rest and did not regret choosing this particular hotel!

The hotel has 4 stars. And in the standards of Egypt it deserves it. It's fairly clean. The food in the restaurant is well presented and tasty. The breakfast could be more varied but there is plenty to eat. The hotel has such a medieval style, so despite the fact that it is already old, small damaged furniture, doors and the like fit into the atmosphere. Imaginative. Lots of comfortable sun loungers. Lots of sea. Few pools. There is a piece of the reef. The vendors on the site are not intrusive. I missed coffee and tea in the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Generally, you can safely come. Although you can see some savings due to the situation in the world. And ... and renovations are underway. So they will improve.

The service is timely and effective, the environment is comfortable, and the prices of spa and manicure in the hotel are also reasonable (discounts will be given directly, and the price after various discounts is basically 10%~15% higher than the outside quotes found on Google). Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, the suite is large, and the living room and activity area are large. 2 bathrooms Hygiene: Average, normal for this Egyptian group hotel Service: The service attitude is good, the front desk clerk speaks good English. We missed the bus to go out to the sea, so the front desk helped us call a taxi to the beach and explained the route and fare to the driver. We didn't have time to have breakfast the next day because we had to catch a flight, so we also prepared a takeaway breakfast in advance.

The hotel occupies a large area, the pool area is also very large, but unfortunately it is a day to go diving in the sea, come back and have no energy to enjoy. The cafeterias are very rich in dishes and taste good. The two restaurants that need to be reserved have a better taste. I came to sunrise garden beach on the 15/11/24 for a month. When we arrived we didn’t get a welcome drink, then I was given 2nd floor when I asked for low floor in my booking due to operation. It took 3 day’s to move me. My suitcases was left outside my apartment door for over an hour no one told me they was taking them to my room as we went for food after leaving home at 6am and not getting to hotel till 4.45 pm. Then after being on holiday for 4 days I came down with stomach cramps, I went to pharmacy in senza mall told the pharmacy I was allergic to penicillin, showed him on my phone so he knew for sure, he gave me antibiotics. I started the antibiotics the next morning at 8am by 11am my heart rate was 110 I felt really ill so went lay on my bed got my daughter to phone my doctor at home who notified me not to take anymore as the antibiotics contained penicillin an was dangerous for me to take an to seek medical advice straight away. I saw my rep who took me to doctors on site at 5pm by this time my heart rate had come down so I made a formal complaint. As for hotel an management all staff + Animation team have been great food great chef who looked after me. Flying home 13/12/24 we booked for 4 weeks. Bar staff in reception excellent.Gamal & Abdo.
