So we are here currently and overall we are having a fab holiday. However, I would like to post an honest review, especially for any British tourists coming to this hotel. We arrived last Wednesday evening knowing not much about the hotel apart from limited research from u tube .We were greeted well, however our welcome very quickly became difficult as the receptionist spoke Germany and very little English,he couldn't understand us and we could really understand him,no welcome drink or towel we were just given an envelope with details of restaurant and bars etc, shown to our room ,and that was it.So we went off to find food and drink and then retired for the night as we had been travelling all day . It's wasn't till lunch the following day when we were asked what hotel we were in, we realised we were given no wristbands when we arrived either..The hotel is total geared up for the German holiday market all the staff greet you in German,it is very difficult to find out anything out if you speak English, especially in reception. That said the staff in the restaurants are fantastic and try to understand you when you speaking English some more than others, but they do try,Dalhy in the buffet restaurant was fabulous always looked out for us when we arrived and made sure we were seated and looked after, absolutely a credit to the hotel, also Mufasa in the pool side restaurant what an absolute star he is,they made our stay here fabulous with amazing hospitality. The hotel is kept so clean and tidy, the gardeners do an amazing job with the grounds, and the snorkeling from beach was great, which was the main reason for choosing the hotel. But it would good if the hotel is advertised to be multi lingual that more information is available in English, otherwise just advertise this hotel to the German holiday market only. Would we choose the hotel again? probably not. Ps we seemed to have been the only English people here for our entire stay
