Rooms were nice. Staff were friendly although not all were fluent with English. Food was delicious but after 4days in the resort realised the choices of food were repetitive. Our biggest issue was labelling of food. Two of the group of seven were vegetarians and rest of the group didn’t eat beef. Foods and ingredients were not clearly labelled and in fact once managed to get the vegetarians eat meat despite asking. All inclusive drinks were poor apart from the beers. Not many premium brands if anyone wanted to buy. Poolside entertainment was poor. Did not really manage to engage the crowd and so was the evening shows. Access to the beach which was great. There were smokers everywhere. It would be nice to have a non smokers area. On checking out despite asking for a a larger vehicle for all the bags there was a mistake and caused delay with very little help from the porters which left a sour taste. So nice holiday, will we return to this resort, the answer is no.

Хороший отдых в хорошем отеле. Итак по порядку. 7 ночей, семья 3чел. Номер получили быстро, второй этаж, вид на бассейн, кик и было заявлено. Хороший номер, всё добротно, придраться по сути не к чему. Убирался, пополнялся, все отлично. Территория конечно приличных масштабов, ходить пришлось бы много, но! Все организованно, внутренний отдельный трансфер. Особенно впечатлил канал и лодки перевозящие туристов к морю. Кроме лодок есть ещё и катамараны в виде лебедей, на тут крутить педали самим. Раз прокатились. Территория ухоженная, зелёная, много газонов, кустарники и деревья с фигурное стрижкой, много цветов, пальмы, вобщем зачёт. Много бассейнов, есть и горки как для детей, так и для взрослых. Это не аквапарк, но тоже как развлечение норм. Круги для спуска двойные, одинарные всегда в наличии. Везде дежурят спасатели. Бассейны чистые. Шезлонгов много. В баре у бассейна с горками есть пиво, кому интересно. Питание. Несколько ресторанов, бары, кофейня. Очень рекомендую, отличный выбор кофе и десерты к нему тоже есть. Кофе есть и в барах, но здесь выбор побольше и атмосфера соответствующая. По питанию у нас у всех без замечаний, есть можно без перерыва. Рестораны на выбор, кому что больше нравится. Азиатский впечатлил, немецкий тоже норм. Фруктов много, десерты вкусные, местный мягкий сыр очень понравился, твёрдый и колбаса ни о чем. Мясо на отлично, рыба. Мороженного несколько вкусов. Все супер. Пляж. Огромный, лежаков очень много. Заграждения от ветра, зонты. Песок. Заход в море пологий. Пирс довольно длинный. Несколько спусков. Рыбки есть. По морю все отлично в этом отеле. Досуг. Анимация есть, не навязчивая, возле пляже локации для занятий гимнастикой и т.п. Вечерние шоу есть. Можно пройтись пешком до ТЦ Сензо молл. Мы, не изменяя традициям, ездили на экскурсию. В этот раз были в Луксоре мини группой. Организатор прежний, не меняем, это 1sttouroperator. Все устраивает, всем довольны, все отлично как всегда. В адрес персонала только хорошие слова, молодцы. Отель клиентоориентированный, все вопросы решаются, хороший добротный. Приличное питание, красивая понятная территория, прекрасное море и пляж. Мы остались довольны своим выбором. Рекомендовать конечно же будем.

We are first time in dana . Very nice hotel .. special thanks to Mr mido and Mohamed and the lady from cosmetic ... from the Gold Spa in hotel .. good jobs guys They have 5 restaurants ... the best Castelo and Kaiser ... Yosif the clean man ,he was do all perfect in our room Service very nice and friendly from reception till the garden 10+stars Small problem was the water in kids pool was little bit could .. but they make hit after 2 days . We definitely come back next year

Отдыхали с ребенком и бабушкой, Отель понравился, хорошие номера, отличная еда, хороший сервис. Большая территория, но часто ездили на кораблике, ребенку очень нравилось. Пруд с рыбками тоже понравился. Неплохой пляж, песочек с ребенком очень даже хорошо. понравилось ходить на косу, а там уже плескались на волнах. По пляжу все время бегают официанты предлагают попить , водичку приносят , можно попросить чтобы принесли лед для охлаждения воды ,очень удобно. Вечером детская анимация и были развлечения для взрослых. На ресепшене все очень приветливые, быстро заселили, быстро решали задачи. В принципе нам все понравилось, отдых удался .
