A woman at the front desk said that we had two pieces of luggage and needed to pay a luggage fee of 1,000 Egyptian pounds. I was too lazy to bother and just paid. The sea view suite we booked took us to a room type that was not in a good location. I said that this was not the room type we booked, but ** was adamant and said that this was it. Finally, we asked Ctrip customer service to change us to the originally booked room type. The scenery was beautiful, but The experience is too bad. I was bitten 22 times by Aegypti mosquitoes that night, and I haven't recovered for almost a month.

The hotel looks nice inside, but the service is very bad and very slow. However, the price is not high, so I don't expect good service. The juice in the hotel is especially delicious, and the fries are also delicious!
