What a fabulous stay at the Fort Arabasque - we stayed in a swim u sea view villa - if funds permit this is the best place to stay in the resort - The villas were spotless - every night a little knock on your door to ask if we wanted the fridge refilled , chocolate,crips,nuts , wine ,beer , water anything :-) the entertainment is the best Ive seen in Egypt having been several times before its up there with any other hotel i've stayed in , The Villas give you free access to Club 159 and the Pavillion restaurant on the beach - both are incredible - I can't recommend this hotel enough - its lovely xx

С самого первого шага на территорию отеля меня встретила атмосфера уюта и тепла. Обслуживание было на высшем уровне, а номера всегда чистые и комфортные. Но особую благодарность хочу выразить аниматорам! Они стали настоящей изюминкой этого отдыха. Их энергия, позитив и искренние улыбки делали каждый день особенным. Благодаря им даже самые обыденные моменты становились веселыми и незабываемыми. Без их энтузиазма и внимания отдых был бы совсем другим. Спасибо вам за чудесную атмосферу и незабываемые воспоминания!

Bei Durchfallpräparate bezahlt man das 6fache das ortsüblichen Preises - Notlagen werden ausgenutzt. Das Management vom Hotel hilft nicht, man ist in seiner Notlage auf sich alleine gestellt und muss dies ertragen. Unglaublich… in anderen Hotels hilft die Rezeption…

A week ago I had an unexpected shoulder operation, but doctor assured me this could be no problem for a relax holiday in the Egyptian sun, just told me to be careful with the arm. In this situation, as a women who is taking care of herself, at Fort Arabesque I went with the best intentions to the Beauty Salon, and kindly asked if the could wash and dry my hair. So far so good… But when entering I needed to sit down aside, a very arrogant men told me yes we can, but you need to take special shampoo, and we have special treatment, we will take care of your nails, we will give you a face mask, if you come twice or 3 times we make you a special deal… I kindly reminded him thank you for this, but I’m only here to get my hair done because I can’t lift my arm due to operation. Even then he was pushy and rude telling me I had wrinkles and white spots in my face… and he could sort this with special treatment… I don’t know… but I think every lady would feel offended as I was hearing this from a very arrogant man !!! I even made a 3rd kind gentle attempt asking just to wash my hair and yes it was possible for the economical price of €75, I repeat 75 Euro, but as I was a friend he would wash my hear twice for €100. This is a complete RIP OFF !!! So went out and I can assure you they will never see me again at the beauty salon !! And yes I’m a repeat guest at the Villas but this is making me think twice… My apologies for the negative feedback.

Eine tolle Außenanlage und ein sehr schöner Strand! Im Innenbereich muss mal eine Modernisierung stattfinden und beim Speisebuffet unbedingt eine bessere Beschilderung hin. Warme Speisen sind beschildert, aber sämtliche kalten Speisen leider nicht. Für Allergiker sehr schwierig! In diesem Urlaub (1 Woche Aufenthalt) habe ich 4 Kilo abgenommen. Speisen waren auch nicht heiß gewesen. Egal welche Uhrzeit man am Buffet stand.

Another fabulous stay!Absolutely spotless! Friendly staff! Brilliant reef! Food tasty! Wonderful gardens! Room spacious and comfy! Big shout out to Ahmed in the tequila bar. What a pro. Knows everyone’s name and their usual drinks. Another shout out to the lovely elderly man who is generally in the beach bar and gardens making sure everything thing is pristine. He is an absolute gem. Always greets you with a friendly word and smile. Please keep up the good work. I will just mention my concern for the dining room staff in the west bay. They all work so so hard and service is excellent. They just look exhausted. PLEASE LOOK AFTER THEM.
