this hotel was beyond my expectations .we are extremely satisfied.the staff is very kind,helpful.their service is just great.almost all of foods were delicious.they also keep hotel very clean.we enjoyed our vacation and strongly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

Good! Nice hotel and service!
The sea on the beach is very clear, but it feels relatively small. There are quite a few white people inside, the food is delicious, and the waiters are very nice! It's just that the taxis at the door are too expensive, and the front desk staff said it would be better to use Uber.

Very nice hotel, bright reception hall, pleasant reception staff, nothing more.
Room: new and quality furniture, it's pleasant, be careful certain areas of the hotel can be noisy in the evening during entertainment.
Restaurant: very good, lots of choice, always room to eat. Outside of meal times it is more complicated to get food, even with the all-inclusive formula.
Bars: very good cocktails
Beach: clean and comfortable, however you can hear all the activities in the hotel next door, not great for resting.
Swimming pools: very good
Entertainment: less good than in other establishments, evening show not great, during the day the activities are always the same.
